Although there are times BTC reduced but can not reduce to $ 4000. In my opinion they will be reduced to at least $ 6000 and whales will now pump up again. So do not expect too low on BTC.

No, bitcoin will never drop on $4000 because there are people who will always buy bitcoin for higher price then $4000. My opinion is that this year we have $6000 as lowest price and that was opportunity for people who still didn't buy bitcoin. As you can see last week bitcoin just growing and I think that trend will continue.

Now it is not in a position to decrease its price even lower value to 4000$ because already bitcoin market is in upwards trend and moving towards the 10000$ mark and there is no possibility to decrease it's price.
