launching a coin, i think is not an easy task, you need to planned it, and you must have some knowledge about the algorithm, how it works, about blockchain, about anything related to cryptocurrency.
but everything will be put in place if you have the most essential needs to do that-------MONEY!
if you have money, you can hire some persons to do that for you and create your coin.

Without knowing any thing about coin how can you decide launching a coin, better get knowledge about all things needed to create a coin. Launching coin is not enough you need to prove yourself that coin has a innovative thoughts with different developments which make investors happy.
