1. Terrorist Threat
2. Confidentiality of Cash
3. Fraud and Theft

In fact, there are more companies are considering bitcoin as another option for the future development progress. I meant to make a possibility about the bitcoin from the positive viewed.

that's why the majority of exchange sites right now are implementing KYC and AML verification to make sure it will decrease the possibility of bitcoin to be used in the criminal act.

Don't think that is the main reason are implemented, KYC and AML is cancerous to anybody is subject to it. The reason it is such is because it gathers information on innocent people mainly, and hardly stops any criminal activity. Too many cons for the pros it gives.

All this vise has been there before the advent of bitcoin and other crypto currencies! Terrorism has been since in day of Cain so we cannot really said bitcoin bring terrorism. I don't think bitcoin can be banned no matter how far the politicians and bankers fight it.

Before bitcoin, there existed and there are now many anonymous payment systems. All of the points listed by you are used through similar systems. Transactions of most crypto currencies can be traced, so the anonymity of the bitcoin is questionable.
Bitcoin has many positive qualities, they also need to be considered.
