Greetings!

While trading sometimes I drop back from my original plan. Such emotional decisions often bring loss cuz I tend to change orders on panic or when I mistakenly expect more potential income. How do you deal with that if you feel the same way?
Grieving for an hour and let it go after of course i can't do that easily so thw griefs are still in my heart but after a day or so it is pretty almost gone. Sometimes i go to a my local beach and give myself a time remembering and reflecting my image and also my mistakes then let go for a secondthen comes back again.

In everything, when you're getting panic when you're on a loss , it's a normal thing but how you react to it is the problem. Usually we're panic and do stupidity stuffs that make us being regret in the future, rarely a people who can resist it.
It's okay for you to being wrong but it's perfect if you can deal with it.

I manage it everytime the market goes down and up. I know it's hard for us to move on when we traded and after a single minute we get liquidated. We must follow our path we don't need to be serious on our loss. Remember the time we gain so much money and every dip is an opportunity. We must learn from our past!

Being emotional after loss is the nature of human. It is difficult for me to manage my emotion when my portfolio crashes. Question like "Why I don't sell earlier? Why I hold?" usually pop up in my head when this happens. But don't let your emotion drives your decision. Only rely on your common sense. Do research, when things are going back normal soon just relax.

Surely mistakes will be made along the way but any experienced trader will stay calm as panic can lead to total disaster.

We can't control the emotions too much, because they are automatic processes; but we can prevent them from push us to do reckless actions.
As always, the greatest help comes from Eastern techniques: if even in the event of maximum stress we can stop and breath, it becomes much easier to control one's emotions.
That requires discipline, we can certainly control our emotion if we are smart because we will learn from our mistakes
and that experience will make us more matured. If we continue to be weak in controlling our emotion then for sure it will not gonna give us what we are
expecting to achieve.
I think managing emotions must need many practices maybe gambling will bring such opportunities to drill our emotions to get practices of dealing with it. Only practice will make us perfect but those practices may come from any resources. I agree with this idea of getting drills from gambling so that we can control our emotions while trading and i think this comes with  time to time as you gain experience you got better at it.

To manage my emotions about the ups and downs of bitcoin, I forced my mind to be open in the possible risks may happen.
If I have invested in such onpal then, I couldn't get my payout because of the suddenly downfall of bitcoin, I just keep calm.

Well it is not always advisable to invest when you are under emotional influence or because of the testimonies or hip from people around that they have made much profit from crypto currency. Invest in crypto currency when you are in good state of mind.

I am presently exchanging altcoins, as a rule I exchange once the market is fast moving. That means i do not feel apprehensive regarding getting coins. Be that because it could, after I do not know, I as a rule leave my coins on the supply and pause. but very much like might be expected i do not want misfortunes. Persistence, you need to have that once you square measure into exchanging. but very much like may moderately be expected, watch the worth development and therefore the bidders. a number of the time they're deceiving you to supply additional on low value, do not ride with them.

In my opinion, if my trading make me spend so much times to check it and worry about the future of the result, I will cut loss to help myself feel comfortable and can focus to work in other fields. This is my method to manage my emotion, becasue manage emotion while you still want to care something will make you have more troubles.

There is no better way than patience and knowledge. It will help us in trading with a more stable psychology and a more optimistic mindset. That gives us the excitement to overcome the difficult times of FUDs and the external pressures associated with the crypto market.
