Yesterday I send 2,2 BTC to my Bitstamp account. The transation is at least 50 times confirmed but my bitstamp account does not shows my BTC's.

Is this a familiar problem and what can I do?

Hi,
Did bitstamp solved your problem?

I did a SEPA transfer to bitstamp on 09-04-2013 and it still doesn't show up on my account.

I've contacted support several times, and got no reply from them yet.

Cheers,
Ricardo

Hi,

Did contact support. They gave me a very simple answer on how to do a transaction but did not go into detail for my problem.. After a second ticket to support they appear to be very helpful. I am sure it is not a scam but that this issue is due to their increase in business.

Still hoping to get this solved.

Also see other Bitstmap topics for more support on your issue. Hazek is their contact on this forum.

Good luck.

Edit:

I will keep you informed about the outcome of my request to Bitstamp. Maybe this can help you with your issue and offer some perspective.

I've had similar problems. It's very frustrating when you want to start trading straight away.

It appears that several people are facing the same problem.
I'm just disappointed with the fact that i haven't got any reply to my support ticket yet and to my emails.

I've opened a new ticket hoping they reply to this one quickly.

It would be great to have some kind of help from member Hazek that seems to be the bitstamp contact here on the forum.

Cheers,
Ricardo

I'm adding myself to this growing list - SEPA transfer late with a non-answer response from support yesterday.

Have raised another ticket but not heard anything.

Is this anything to worry about? Can they actually make deposits "disappear"?!

I am having the same problem. A large euro SEPA transfer has still not been credited to my account, support request has been open for 6 hours with no reply. What can I do here?

I hope they realize that people will stop transferring money and start contacting authorities soon if they don't resolve these problems quickly.

I also am waiting for them to credit my SEPA transfer from April 10 and they pointed to a problem with their online currency conversion at Unicredit today in the response from support but I hope this is not just an excuse.

Here is the link to the currency conversion at Unicredit that seems to have some problem.

Just one request. Can you all PLEASE post here as soon as any of you has your problem resolved and you see your money available.

Thanks!

All,

I've started a post to hopefully consolidate reports of this growing delay in deposits.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=174754.0

Please post your deposit times there and make sure you post back once your case is resolved.

It should bring some reassurance if we start seeing these being resolved soon.

What is the typical SEPA transfer time from sending to having it in the Bitstamp account?

My first transfer is still in its way...

I've had only positive experience with bitstamp and I've moved hundreds of coins in and out over many months...sometimes a delay, but never any trouble..

How about moving dollars/euros in and out with SEPA transfer?

Have you checked with bitinstant? I believe that they are the ones who are taking so long to process my payment as well it has been 4 days and still nothing it's becoming really frustrating.
