Antminer S9 = algo sha256 (bitcoin)
dash is an X11 algo, you need to look @ a baikal miner and such for this algo.

Man if 8k$ i would go buy one right now, it's a sha256 miner you can't mine dash(x11) with that but there is another coins for sha256 may be profitable than bitcoin for you , you can check whattomine and choose asics , put your hashrate in sha256 calculator and it will find the best coin for you.
