Honestly its hard to trust newbie for dealing with paypal because it can charge back or reverse payment..
If you really want to deal there is someone are willing to wait for 180 days and your funds should be escrowed.. Like the other posted thread in this section..

Escrow won't help with paypal dispute so there still a chance of scam unless you can wait for 180 days before the escrow sends the btc to you.
Will paypal dispute don't work if you send the paypal funds as gift to family/friends?  I think the only advantage for it is that the transaction fee won't be as huge as sending it as payment for goods.

As a seller (Bitcoin or any other service), how will you explain to Paypal an unauthorized transaction ?
Paypal always collect its fees, you can easily charge the buyer for Paypal fees (he will pay them anyway if he send as friends and Fams).

Then, as a bitcoin seller, you are supposed to pay taxes, Paypal have enough problems with taxation and the IRS, they do not need people to mess with their services.

Lastly, Paypal will not only insta-lock your funds and account, but if you tell them you sold bitcoins, got a dispute from a Friends and Fams payment, they will not even bother looking at your case.

Sending as Friends and Family is a feature that is offered to do one task "Send to Friends and to Family members "
