What is an "example award"? The site needs a little more explanation (I'm sure you working on this, but have decided to release the site early).

Yes, sorry I guess I was just all taken back by someone else taking my idea/name even and trying to do exactly what I've been working on for the past month Shocked

Thanks for the question Jostmey. An example reward I'll take directly from one of the projects who signed up - his is a BitcoinCasino - (I've been discussing partnering up with some bitcoin t-shirt people I've found on here).

Example Reward #1  for .04 BTC   Be a BETA tester (use it before anyone else)
Example Reward #2 - for 1 BTC  Bitcoin T-shirt of your choice on lnk.co/Shirts + BETA tester
Example Reward #3 -  for 2.25  2 Bitcoin T-shirts of your choice on lnk.co/Shirts + BETA tester

This help?

My F.A.Q will be activated in a few minutes so that should help Smiley

Taking implies you had proposed your idea on the forum previously and someone jumped on it and ran with it as their own, did that happen?

There are a few people that I know of who had the idea to start a kickstarter for bitcoins - myself included =P  It's a great idea, and good for bitcoin.

No, never proposed it for that very reason. More like take the excate name and concept and build something I already had out.

I've talked to the person and we might work together so it could turn out to be for the best. We'll see  Grin

I figured there was :p the whole point as to why I'm doing this is to keep the bitcoin economy flowing while also infusing coins into bitcoin startups Smiley

 Hey guys,

The idea for a kickstarter "clone" was the first thing that also came to mind when I entered the bitcoin mindset. It's a great way to enhance the economy and should bring lots of new faces, creators and hopefully even entrepreneurs closer to this new paradigm, help circulate the economy and reward service/product providers. There are many foreseeable hurdles on the way, as fund control and project realization on top of the economy's relative immaturity, but I sure there will be plenty of innovative approaches to these. I am very glad you are receiving lots of great projects. I wish you the best Smiley
