Welcome to,
BitVegas.net
Bitcoin's first casino built 100% in Minecraft.

BitVegas is the first and only Minecraft Casino powered entirely by Bitcoins. It stands six stories tall, and has many games and attractions to entertain guests.

No Bitcoins? No problem!
Players receive small amounts of Bitcoins every fifteen minutes which they can then use to play the various games. In addition, there is absolutely no obligation to gamble real Bitcoins! If you type "/mode" in the chat box, you will get five free Play Bitcoins to gamble with! Play Bitcoins can be used on all of the casino's games.

Do your friends play Minecraft? Encourage them to join and get yourself some Bitcoins!
Every player has a unique referral code which, if clicked by another player who then logs onto the server, will give him/her some Bitcoins absolutely free of charge! Simply type "/referral" in the chatbox on the server to get your very own link!

Active Community and Staff!
BitVegas has a very active community, with an average of between 20 and 30 players at any given time. The chatbox is lightly moderated to encourage players to make friends on this server. Discussions can range from potential uses of Bitcoin to in-depth philosophical conversations -- Minecraftians can be surprisingly insightful!

You can now play BitVegas without owning Minecraft!
Simply go to the BitVegas website and click on "Play as a guest" to join the server without owning the Minecraft client! However, if you like BitVegas, we strongly suggest purchasing Minecraft as you are missing out on many of the best features otherwise!

Variety In Game Choice:

BlackJack:

You should set the server to offline mode in case Mojang's login server is down.
Also, implement a /login plugin.

I should warn some people before playing Bitvegas, they advertise free .1mbtc every 15 minutes as a gift, however when you hit the little box that gives it to you in the game you are only given .05mbtc, which isn't enough to make a single bet. A little misleading.

I just tried it.  They used to give you 1 mBTC each time, but I just got 0.5 mBTC:

It sounds like you have your decimal points in the wrong place.

Pythonideus did not make any of this.

Indeed.  This thread is an example of how referral programs can work.  Pythonideus put his referral link in the first post, and so gets paid by BitVegas for anyone who finds their server via this thread.

Gonna log on and give it a shot shortly.

Will give my thoughts/reactions.

Just my quick thoughts:

-Very active, 30+ people were actively playing when I was on.
-Liked the play money feature, let me test out the games and become more comfortable with them.
-Pig racing/blackjack/Minefield were my favorite games I tried.
-Initially overwhelmed by amount of games/activity but enhanced experience over time
-Not very practical for anyone trying to make money in my opinion, but if you are gambling small amounts for fun I'd definitely suggest this.
-Only con I have is that you have to buy Minecraft to play it, but pretty much every gamer owns minecraft at this point.

The game crashed for me after a while and thus I wasn't able to test everything I'd like to. I will go play again later and check it out in more detail. I'm not sure if there are slots on the server but that's definitely something I'd find most appealing for this sort of casino. All in all, props to the creator. Quality fun right here.

I wanted to play on this site but then I was told I have to pay for a Minecraft membership which is like $28 or so...I just want to gamble a very small amount on this site to try it out. Any way to do so without having to buy that membership?

The new map is now out! There are several new games. I am aware that there were some issues with connectivity a few weeks ago but hopefully it is all resolved, as the owner changed quite a bit, including upgrading the servers and player limit.

When I was talking to admins about what happened it went like this:
The owner suddenly disappeared & the server had no more money, this was after a big price increase in bitcoin so the hypothesis is that he ran with the money.
So yeah that sucks a bit. I remember playing because it had the biggest faucet ever & I just abused it 😂

Nowadays it would be giving out about $9 an hour in bitcoin, that was pennies back then.
