Hi guys, I have one question, It's the same if I configure only one Pool in the antminer or should I configure the 3 fields that I have for the pool?
If it's needed what is the benefit of doing this?
Another thing, if it's recommended which addresses should I put for slush pool, or in all the fields should be the same?

You should put DIFFERENT pool addresses in each of the 3 fields. They are for fail-over. If #1 goes down, it goes to pool #2, etc. If you are NOT in China, please choose pools on this side of the Great Fire-wall. Slush is a good choice for one of the pools. Kano could be another good choice. Then pick a pool to fill out the third pool field. A little research on pools and luck/variance will go a long way!

Good luck.

Thanks, great answer!
To be more precise, pools don't have a 100% uptime. It is very close to 100% though.
You should also take into account the minimum payout. You won't send many shares to the backup pool.
Hence, you should choose one with a very low minimum payout. I chose a solo mining pool for this reason (no minimum but you have to solve the block by yourself).
