As a casual gambler i'm curious how you guys handle your own losses whether it's from dice , sportsbetting , slots or other gambling games..
I want to know your own way of dealing with it.

- I usually work hard to compensate for losses, losses as a lesson for me and I will try to stop gambling until no losses
- But very funny, I quit gambling, and then I'm back playing again. Maybe gambling has become part of my life

being a loser is part of the game. I'm a long time gambler but still it's hard to predict that whether im gonna win this game or now. just like that there's alot of questiong on my head that bugging me. but just like your question im dealing with it with my own because i play gambling with my own risk thats why there's no reason to regret for. and im believing in every lose game theres a partner that i could win the game on other day.

managing your bankroll in -EV games like dice and slots is kinda useless , cause no matter what you do you will still lose money in the long run
so the main part in these is to play them only for fun and with what you can afford to lose
but in poker in sportsbetting managing bankroll is essential for making money , I'm not good in sportsbetting but in poker I play mainly SNGs and I try to make sure that I have at least 100 buy ins

In reality of gambling most players of it do really suffer lose and asking how they handle it they would really say different things since people are different on handling their problems regarding on money.In my own situation if I do lose on a particular game in any kind of gambling I would somehow regret in the end and telling myself that I shouldn't gamble at all in the very first place.

Simple, the answer is bet with amount you can afford to lose and manage your bankroll for every your amount of bet.

I'm usually bet on sports game, if I lose in one match, then I introspection to that match and my bet.
If I bet on such a dice game, I will take at least 20% profit from my deposit amount, then stop it for a days.

Managing a bankroll for rigged games doesn't really make any sense. You'll lose everything in the long run regardless.
If you like to see random numbers pop up or things scrolling, I guess you can manage is how fast/slow you'll lose it.

Gambling only what you can afford to lose helps.
Viewing games from a mathematical/statistical point of view helps.
Knowing that everything can happen, even if you're the greatest or most knowledgeable player helps.

I gamble mostly for fun, so losing doesn't really affect me that much. if i lose it would probably be a really small amount.

I don't do a thing, since the bets I put are very small and to  lose them does not affect me at all, I just bet in some sports from time to time to add a little bit more fun to the game, for example I’m planning to put a small bet at the Super Bowl LI just for fun on the Atlanta Falcons, even though the Patriots are my favorite team that way I will win no matter what, if the patriots win I get the joy of my favorite team winning if the falcons win at least I get some money out of it.

Every time when I see that my game is not goin I leave it. The same time I have stayed poker and slot games for couple of months when I get loose around 100$ in one evening. Just you to know my current salary is 170$...

There are lots of ways.

→ Take a shower. Really. It works at me. Im a master of gamble loser. When u lost naturally u will be angry and ur body heat will increase. Water will turn off ur body heat and ur angry. Angry=Fire water for fire

→ Take a walk in streets. You will see new face, new things this will keep ur mind busy.

→ Listen to electronic music. I can recomend my mixes EDM | Turkish Club Sound or Xtc Speed . These musics can forget what u lost.

→ Visit hospitals. Observe to patients. You will thank to god for healthy body.

Losing is always there so when I'm playing that is what I'm more expecting rather than winning. And when it happens to me, I just accept it.

I used to learn from it, I don't cover my losses because that is just going to make me lose more so I just gamble again what I afford to lose.

Just don't let your ego bring you when you lose and you'll be fine.

By playing tomorrow example i just lost today and i just wanted to bring back my profit i will try my luck tomorrow i don't deposit on the same day coz i felt like im going to lose again once i win i withdraw and play next week again this is the best way for dealing with looses

This is how I handle my losses also. It is not that bad if you are going to stop this day if you are full of losses. Because that is going to make you lose more if you will not stop and keep on gambling again. I do try to relax and calm myself because if I get worst then possibility of losing for consecutive bets and days can happen to me.

i think to handle our losses is by make a small bets in every games we played and we don't have think that we can loss too much because we only use small money in gambling. so if you are to get loss, then you should play with careful, make small bets, spend the amount that you can handle and you don't regret it when you get loss.

This is a bad attitude in gambling because if you chase down your losses then mostly you will end up in more losses. If you gamble for fun then no need to worry about the recovery of your losses because mostly we might have used very small amounts but if you think can make profit from gambling then it is not correct because only luck can give profits.

It's depend on my bankroll. If my bankroll is quite big, i will chase my lose by keep doubling my base bet but if my bankroll is small, i will stop gambling and refresh my mind. Especially when you have lose streak, if you keep gambling you will lose all your money.

my strategy always use control lost
many people gambling player is not control lost always play until money is zero or profit
zero zum game is not got playing, because if youre lost, you can lost all money and can make you cry because lost all money

It depends on how much I'm losing. If I'm losing not that much then I just keep on gambling because the impact is just nothing to me. But if I lose too much then I'm going to be aware and there's a need to stop for that day or maybe a couple of days. I'm just taking myself to cool down so that I can avoid to bet in rage.
