Gambling Losses

first i only use money that i can afford to lose now, because i don't want to suffer again its been to stressful when i did lose all of my alt coin inside yobit the value was really huge and just for one big mistake i did suffer maybe 2-3days stress keep thinking why i did gamble but after that i realized that i can still work for it and now i only play with spare money and just playing with sports betting.

I never really give time to think about my losses when I gamble before. Usually I just forget about it and move on. But there are are times too that I think like "If only I follow my instinct that that one is going to win". But most of the time I just forget about it, no need to think about your losses, that would just make you feel that you want to go back and bet.

Losses in gambling was a natural thing, and I'm sure everyone experienced it. If I face the loss from gambling I will keep the amount of loss that I received low to minimize the amount of loss, ie with bankroll management. If my deposit out and I was not able to gamble again, I'll stop gambling and playing again a few weeks later.

there's no wrong about regretting after you loss a bet because it is actually a sad part. I think it is more abnormal if you lose money and then you made happy. hahhaa
Forgetting after you loss is the hard part and i think accepting the loss is the best way to overcome it.

Before im thinking that I wanted to get it back but i've change. Whenever I lose I forget about it. Wont think about it and play again by tomorrow or nextweek and think only about winning.

Thinking back how I deal whenever luck is not on my side when I am playing gambling games, first I make sure that the fund I am using is not attached to anything meaning they are free to use.  I also fill my bankroll with the money I can afford to lose so whenever bad luck strike my game, I am not affected that much.  Just sigh and walk away (quitting the game)

The best way to deal with losses is forgetting about them. Of course to be able to do that you shouldn't lose more than you can easily afford. The worst way is trying to recover your losses with gambling. I've seen alt accounts on gambling sites created specially for one purpose - recovering, with names like DanRecover, MyBTCback, CraneRegain etc., all of them having negative profit.

I want to know your own way of dealing with it.

It's depend on my bankroll. If my bankroll is quite big, i will chase my lose by keep doubling my base bet but if my bankroll is small, i will stop gambling and refresh my mind. Especially when you have lose streak, if you keep gambling you will lose all your money.

Terrible strategy, it is called martingale and it has been proven over and over again that it does not work, it is the classic technique for those that love chasing their losses but you only need a bad streak , that are more common than people think and you could lose your entire bankroll.

losses is the part the part of gambling and i am sure we will expereience it so i will enjoy it and will try revover it slowly no need to get it fast the most important to get it back and not get negative profits again

Yeah i agree with you that losses and winning is the main part of gambling if someone is a gambler they should always face to loss and win in gambling and i also loss my bitcoin in gambling many time and i earn profit just few times.

That would just make me feel itchy and deposit to my bankroll a fresh fund... Every time I lose I just accept it always well sometimes there's a regret. I'm taking the risk so whatever will be the result in the end, all I can do is like shrugging and move on. So before I play gamble, I don't expect anything or like winning big cause the more I think to win the more it hurts. lol

You are right! When we are under pressure because of our previous lost, usually we will hardly make a good decisions, which is why when we feel burdened with a lose, it is better to stop that session and wait until we have a better feeling before we proceed to start a new session.

It's to compensate for the money lost, plus making more.

It's a vicious cycle. 
At least it was, until about over a year ago where I've, thankfully, managed to break free. 
So now, when gambling, all losses stay within the limits.

If you are not thinking about losing then I'm more conscious with it when I'm playing. Since there are a lot of gamblers that are talking about losing in their gambling experience. But as long as I afford the amount that I'm gambling to lose, then that's just going to be an easy acceptance of losing.

Man you got my story.exactly the same thing happened to me.Whenever i lose money on gambling,i do gamble again to recover the lose but lead me to lose more.I really don't waste my time on thinking about loses,its really frustrating.

Yeah I know that feeling too, but we must do everything in our power to not succumb to temptation, it is better to just accept the fact we have lost some money than to risk the rest f the money we have and lose it too by performing such a flawed strategy.
