Sorry, I can't give you a loan based on a collateral that isn't yours. The borrower actually paid, the problem is that he did not put the correct fees that is why it is still stuck in the block chain for already 18hrs since he paid.

A lender who is acting as escrow for a loan from someone else that does not have the collateral in his possession so they are left with nothing in their hands?
Now you are asking for you funds back and not the collateral that was held for the loan?
He isn't asking fo his funds back, as the borrower has already paid. As of now, I don't think he can get the collateral, and again, because the borrower has already paid.
