Last night when I finish claiming I had around 1000 claims.
Today when I start claiming again I notice that those claims are gone, but I havent got into top 150 in any hour and all distribution since yesterday had around 3000 threshold. So I am wondering what happen with that 1000 claims of mine

It looks like that they lost all claims by accident and that they can't restore it, terrible for the people who did a lot of work but one of the devs said that they will compensate all people.

Official statement. Database with claims is lost and reset to 0 by accident.

it seems I'm trying to understand what happened, I was editing cols to allow decimal values, but something went wrong.
Yes, phpmyadmin lagged while I was editing claims col to allow decimal values (+5% of thanksback) and so I clicked on "delete" instead "edit".
That's why I lost all pending claims.
Sorry, such situation could be barely solved with a hourly backup. Which now is not active.

What if all workers stop claiming after reaching 1000 claims. we all get into top 150, we just need to wait after each batch get their price. All 150 accounts will also get a bigger fair amount. Instead of competing and only getting below 100xrb which only benefits those who do 5k to 10k claims per hour. Just an idea. heheh .We get 17000 xrb budget per hour right? so if its distributed fairly into 150 accounts that would be more awesome.

That would be great if there are only 150 people working... but there are a lot more, over 1000 or 10000 and all want to work and earn and much they can.

This faucet needs to be rebalanced, perhaps stipulate a maximum amount of claims per hour.
