He clearly messed something up. The 7950 can't run at 26 MH, no way on Earth.

Hynix on both and default straps.  What tool can I use to modify straps on these cards ?

I used this - http://www.overclock.net/forum/67-amd-ati/1554360-tahiti-memory-timings-patch-hynix-vram.html , its an app that patches the bios file with some straps, but i have hard times finding stable mem clocks after the strap mod so i returned to defaults straps.

Cheers,  I found one tool but it recommended the same settings. The problem with these cards is that the ASIC quality is low on some of these cards.

Driver is very important. I use linux 15.10 with the built in driver which is perfect for claymore. I have to run low power (heat issues), 800/1250. I'm getting 19 mhz per card with those settings. I do have the cards under volt also.

Do we have an updated roadmap for 2018?

Ubiq does not provide road-maps.  They offer a completed summary of achievements per quarter.

Roadmap or quarterly report: November: https://blog.ubiqsmart.com/ubiq-quarterly-report-november-2017-2acc66750490 August: https://blog.ubiqsmart.com/ubiq-quarterly-report-august-2017-e6484a536b8d May: https://blog.ubiqsmart.com/ubiq-quarterly-report-10-5-2017-9750e297330f

Excited to watch this project continue to grow. The recent announcement seems like it added support at $2.75 https://coingenome.com/coin/ubq
