I've been looking into this coin, but I fail to see what this has to offer that isn't already being done.

What will make this project stick and not just fade away into obscurity like most shit coins?

Looking through the pages all I see is talk of price, which makes me think that it will just be a typical pump and dump.

Do you have any evidence to present that could convince me otherwise?

Do note that I am not trying to shit on this project, I think the name and logo and stuff look great, I'm just failing to see a need for this coin and I have to be super sceptical before I even consider putting money into anything.

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Do your research ... You will find that it has huge upside potential!

Ubq is to eth what Ltc is to Bitcoin ... No pump n dump here!

Maybe one of the most underrated alts IMHO  Cool

Anyone else having a issue checking stats on http://ubiqpool.io ? it will not load at all for me when I enter my wallet address. Tried two separate computers on different networks

I've had issues the past few days with my account only showing a blank page, checked from several rigs but the same problem. My account has shown since this morning though.

At the time, I could sort of verify I was mining by seeing that I was getting shares accepted and still receiving payments to my wallet.

With the influx of new users and investors, the block explorer has been struggling to keep up. Luke is planning to improve on this in the near future. Unfortunately when it goes down the stats page doesn't work on the pool, and Angel is working on finding a different place to pull pricing from so this is less likely to happen.

These are good problems to have though! This means that more users are getting involved.

Luke has made some improvements to the block explorer. TLDR is some things weren't optimized too well such as some database lookups. It should all be working better now.

Coinigy - Ubiq ($UBQ) Wallet Address & Token Tracking Now Available

We have been working with the team at Coinigy and you can now track your Ubiq and tokens wallet balances with their site.

Details: Add your Ubiq key, visit the Accounts page and select “Add New Wallet Address”, choose Ubiq and assign a nickname, and finally enter your public key. Coinigy will automatically track your UBQ as well as token balances such as APX and QWARK.

Did the DAG file increase in size recently?
Surfing through my mining logs, I noticed the GPU mem utilization has increased from 1088 MB to 2084 MB on 26th May 20:30:45 GMT, right when the new DAG epoch #125 was set and GPU buffer created.

Solid team and good project. Plus apx ico so that brought some exposure. Join the slack. Good group of people

Why can not I trade $UBQ with $APX on Bitrrex? Or rather, I don't find this for trading, there is only Bitcoin Market and USD Market, is it necessary to customize the trading?

And what do you those coins that were red are bad, not friendly team? It seems to me that this is a misconception. The coins themselves when btc rise or fall by turns red, then green. It's kind of a swing are obtained. Today, coin green, but tomorrow may be red.

The DAG file should still be very small since the block time is 88 seconds. DAG only grows each epoch which is 30k blocks. We are on block 119,270.

I think the ubq move is based on having a 1st token launched on the chain.
The more tokens the chain has, and the chain will become more valuable.
Ubiq has a was to go but with tremendous upside potential. Don't get caught in those bear traps 100K here we come
