Any recent developments with UBIQ?  It's been pretty quiet recently and I have a weird feeling...  What is going to happen?

Does anyone know of any upcoming coins that are being built on UBIQ's platform?
Some Ubiq Tokens and Projects

Tokens on the Ubiq network:

Qwark
APX
GeoCoin
DotCoin
BitSeeds (soon)
Sphere (soon)

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Have you watched the community video on how to do so...?  Maybe this will help or come to the Discord channel and get real time help for the most part.

Is anybody into mining the coin and has some mining statistics? Is it profitable?

https://ubiq.darcr.us/

Here is a link to the network status, you will have to google profitability sites on mining crypto to learn what is the best bang for your buck.

Today we are very pleased to announce the official launch of MaxHash Mining Pools. In conjunction with the launch of our Ubiq pool we have started the Block Finders Bounty programme!

For a limited time we are offering all miners on our Ubiq pool the chance to earn an extra reward just for finding blocks! Any miner who gets a block for the pool during this promotion will earn an extra 2 UBQ bonus for every block that they find, paid on-top of the regular mining payouts. Nothing else required Smiley Just mine on our pool and you will have a chance to earn this bounty.

Please consider pointing some of your hash power at Maxhash for a chance to earn extra rewards and more importantly help keep the Ubiq network truely decentralized #Spread the hashes!

https://ubiqpool.maxhash.org

Further details of this promotion can be found below.

MaxHash Pool Features:

  • Our only mission is to achieve the best possible payouts for all our miners accross all coins we support
  • Maxhash pools are highly optimized and hosted on dedicated high performance servers in 2 locations (US & EU) that are fully DDOS protected
  • Low Uncle/Orphan rates due to lightning fast network connectivity (Tier 1)
  • Check your miners/rig ping times when sumbitting shares and compare against other pools!
  • Unique Block finders page - Check which miner found the latest blocks on the pool
  • Innovative VARFEE (variable fee) system. Fee is based on the performance of the pool. Full details on https://ubiqpool.maxhash.org
  • Complete Block & Uncle reward paid to miners
  • Active support available through Discord and email. Contact @Maxhash on Ubiq Discord https://discord.gg/HF6vEGF

Details & Conditions of the block finders bounty promotion:

  • The block finders bounty officially begins at 17:00 (UTC) on Friday 03/11/2017. All blocks after this time will be rewarded
  • On the block finders page you can find a list of the last 10 blocks found by the pool as well as the UBIQ wallet address of the miner that found it. So you can check for yourself if you got lucky and managed to mine a block. There is 2 seperate lists for EU & US miners. Don't worry though, all blocks, no matter which server they were found on will be rewarded.
  • Payments for this Block Finders Bounty will be seperate from your regular mining payouts, but they will be sent to your same regular mining wallet.
  • Rewards will be calculated and sent out to miners once every 24 hours.
  • The system is automatic and you do not need to do anything to be able to receive the extra reward.
  • This does not have any effect on your regular mining earnings or payouts. Its just a bonus from us!
  • However if you DO believe that you are missing a reward payment then you can contact @MaxHash on the Ubiq Discord for further assistance.
  • This promotion is on-going but MaxHash.org reserves the right to stop this promotion at any time. Current live status can be seen at top of this page

This article seems pretty accurate in showing the difference between Ethash forks. Can't comment on Ellaism, though.
