With my experience with PayPal, this is easily done and you do not need to pay any of us to get it done, however it takes some time to get it done. You need to message payment from your logged in account and request the account be closed. Once they verify the account closure request, you will have to wait for 180 days after you close the account. Once this time has lapsed, you need to contact them again and they will release the funds in the form of check to the registrar on the account, if they have already not done so. This happened to a customer of mine a while ago with an $80k+ account. He waited out the period and 198 days after the account was closed he got a check in the mail from PayPal for the $80k+. If it goes deeper than this, then please PM me and I will see what I can do to help. I would want no money to do this, however tips would be accepted. Either way, it will be a very timely process dealing with them. Why do you think they kept their registered corporate office here in the states? They get more control over your money that way.
