You cannot fix this. Just see that your customer just used 0.0000791 as fees which is very very low especially at this time. Now you just have to wait and hope that it get confirm soon if it don't get confirmed it will be sent back to your customer who sent you. I guess it will be confirmed within one more day. You can forward this transaction but I don't know how. They both can help you out. Quickseller and macbook-air |

I also had the same problem but it got confirmed after 24 hrs so i think dont worry it will get confirmed , and try to contact the customer and tell him the situation so that if it got canceled he can send back with sufficient transaction fees. |

no one can be make it confrime  just wait sir your money is safe , because you have valid that transaction link but yeah blockchain lazzy for today, i need setup my fees almost 200k satoshi for me it fast |

Since the fee is a bit low I think it will take sometime before some block will catch it. I also have this problem yesterday and someone suggested "me" to use https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ to "accelerate" the transaction. How it work is that you ask ViaBTC to include your transaction in the next few blocks. Hopefully that the transaction that your customer made will get pass soon. |
