Actually it seems owner is not going to show/prove their claimed bankroll which make this one really shady, better not to deposit any satoshi there. Many are asking to prove their bankroll and actually what @RHavar have suggested them is easy way to prove their bankroll, lets see first they gonna follow it or not.
