Your first experience is not good so every time try to use escrow for any trade and transaction its much better idea but still no one going first with you as you are newbie here and trying to exchange with revisable method

Thanks for your reply. Sure, you are right I am new on this forum. However trade ~1 year on lbc without issue (100% rating). Sure we can use escrow like lbc. I said "your send first" due to low amount that I need. Also, the payment will be done as friend/family and it is not reversible. I know I can open a dispute on pp, but for what? Bitcoin? Hit a bullet on my foot?

you wrong, even payment made as for friend/family can be reversible,
 if real owner Start an unauthorized transaction claim..

If you believe the amount to be small then why aren't you the one who has to go first, what makes you so special you can't send first?

Because, guy like your same Member level (Full Member) scam me 20EUR (user : loadbearing). So I will not go first anymore even with I small amount.

If you have some doubts, no problem we can use lbc.

If any one scammed you and you have proof then go to scam accusation section and post this for the help of other members and some one will give him negative then hope he will return you amount

Sure I already report him, and members give him 2 negative feedbacks to prevent other users of this forum to be scammed by this gobshite.
