2017年1月24日，山东省济南市中级人民法院在该院第五审判庭对被告人庞红卫、孙琪非法经营案开庭宣判，认定被告人庞红卫犯非法经营罪判处有期徒刑十五年，并处没收个人全部财产，与前罪刑罚并罚，决定执行有期徒刑十九年，并处没收个人全部财产；对被告人孙琪犯非法经营罪判处有期徒刑六年，并处没收个人财产人民币七百四十三万二千八百五十九元四角。扣押在案的疫苗等药品依法予以没收。
