Well on trading altcoins you can not make a big profit except you use big capital too,
1. You can find the altcoins that has big marketcap, you can check on here http://coinmarketcap.com/
2. You must search the altcoins that has innovation or always be updated by developers of coins
3. You can use https://poloniex.com/
4. Usually i choose the coins that has innovation and always be uploaded by developers.

You can see from the developer's roadmap. and the result of their project.
The primary exchange is preferable.
It can't be predicting by anyone in here.

only bitcoin and you don't need to look anywhere else. buy it now and sell it in a couple of years when price is in the moon.

for altcoins things are hard and risky, but you can check good coins like XMR and LTC

I have Golem, SnGls, Firtblood and Vdice in my picks before because all are below the ICO price. There is still value in SNGLs price now (1400sat) because the ICO price was 2800sat. So you will be getting it 50% below the ICO, the is free money

Be careful because most of these people will be pitching the tokens they have invested into to you, and you may buy into their dump. Take the information and do your own research. Concerning exchange, don't put all your fund in one exchange.

Not the ones people would want to buy though except that Golem project. and i only invested to it because ICONOMI invested to it and i guess their decision help its growth to thier own token as well. if i have some money to invest to a particular crypto its gonna be ICN. thats just it.
