How to know about next pump?

Pump and dump is linked with greed and fear. At the moment in the  case of bitcoin the greed and belief takes it to moon.
Greed taking it higher..  and for sure some will be dumping .. but more new greedy buy those.. So its a cycle of bullphase..

Incase of altcoin the problem is second and thrird wave of bull activity is missing..

Either on Bitcoin or on Altcoin we do always seek out or would like to know first about the news related into it because we would really love to ride the possible wave that it would potentially give us profits later on but knowing on when theres a pump is nearly impossible but we do have indication that it might happen and as a trader its our own move on how to seek out those indications.

Latest news about China banning ICOs caused a mini crash. OMG dropped to $8 and then after couple days, it went back up to over $11. News about the industry affect the price but I strongly believe that the whole community knows this is the future and regulations won't stop the prices from eventually going up.

Anyway, to find pumps you have to be closely watching the technicals of a particular coin or token. Usually if a coin goes up on high volume with no news and no anticipated news you can assume it is getting pumped. If you find a bunch of troll tweets and facebook articles, etc. You can get out ahead of the pack and buy/sell before the pumpers turn to dumpers.

for sure if you can read between the line regarding what will the dev next moves i think you will gain a lot or if you have some insider you will able
to join the ride but its hard for someone to predict even expert cant control if whales will make some moves, better to analyze and research deeper
in order to have some basic knowledge with current movements.

No, even you are an expert, you also do not know the next price of Bitcoin because you are not mover the price of Bitcoin on the market. You have to know only the whales (mover) can know when is the price of Bitcoin pump!

You can read the news and learn what's trending based on previous price movements. Then you can speculate when the next pump will be and decide if you'll act on it. If you don't have the skills there are paid signals group around that will give you buying signals based on their study but its your choice if you'll follow it. I'm still looking into them myself so I won't recommend any yet.
There are pump groups on telegram but I would advise to stay clear from them as there's been a lot of negative feedbacks on them doing pre-pumps.

It is quite impossible to predict the exact date for pumps and dumps; we never know when the whales are going to take any action. You just need to be careful with your coins and patient to enjoy the profit. Always avoid panic selling if you are holding bitcoins because they pump hard after every dump.

Of course predicting the exact date for a pump or dump is beyond anyone's ability and the multitude of coins doesn't help matters. Nevertheless we can still hazard a way around it by following and observing the trend of pump and dump. I have observed that even shitcoins do get pumped though their dump are often terminal.

The suggestion is, we can ride the waves by buying a selected number of altcoins - some cheap and shitcoins especially as they are coming out fresh from the mint and more of some stable altcoins. Then Hodl and keeping tab with news at their various sites and general development in the ecosystem. Must add that patience and commitment are essential to have this work and then one cannot catch every nickle that shows up in the market. Best bet is to always take profit after a reasonable increase in price, the market is not about to end and there will always be other opportunities!

Just watch the networks, the signals are always there. We can see them in our sleep now. We see them more often than we did and more easily, but we rarely touch those. Pump and dump means a quick buck, the overall crypto economy is not benefiting from that return and we choose not to deal with that often. the buck has to come from somewhere and when these guys bail and burn their wallets, it comes right back to us all.

See last 2 days all coins price dropped because of some reason. So we need to check the digital currency news regularly then you will get to know what may happen tomorrow. I agree, I think it's hard to know whether the bitcoin price will pump or dump. All of us doesn't know when bitcoin price will pump because if we do, for sure we all know when to buy and to sell it already.

It all still balls down to you thinking, isn't it? The fact remains that no one can know about any next pump either with BTC or any other altcoin and for someone who may be relying on pump and dump groups, they are just scams and they are out to dump quickly on people once they buy in, that is usually their target. Only the news can help sometimes and even with that, it is normal to watch the market reaction first before taking a quick step.

You are not quite right. Affect the price of coins from the top 100 is very difficult. But making pump of coins from the top 250 is easy, if you are a group of traders and you have 30-50 BTC
There are closed groups in the telegram that are engaged pump of coins.

Watch the graph, and watch it with a long-term timeframe. When you see a lot of sideways ranging, movement, you know its accumulation phase. You will never know exactly when it will pump but just buy during these times as the downside risk is extremely minimal

Actually there are lots of pump and dump groups out there which some people or newbie do tend to join up those groups because they do believe that they can able to make fast money since they can able to know if theres a pump or dump but actually they are just being used up by those people who are in the group specially the owner.

These pump and dump groups are started most likely people who have enough resources to pump and dump altcoins themselves, likely whales. So they determine the time when these things happen because they can manipulate it. I don't think its allowed though
