What is Purenode ?

Purenode is a modular blockchain engine, which can be adapted to either create new blockchain with customized feature from scratch, or be used as a wallet, masternode and block explorer for most coins.
Its design is very simple, programmed in C, and it uses a system of binary module which can be created out of dll or so files, and then loaded on any operating system with the same cpu architecture regardless of the locally installed runtime or libraries or the compiler used to produce them.
Bitcore uses a monolithic architecture, and alternative blockchains are created by forking the source code tree, changing some hard-coded value and recompiling the core to make the new coin which often contain the masternode server, the block kernel and the wallet in a single application executable, with the hard-coded values specific for the coin compiled in.

With purenode, a new blockchain can be created just by setting the coins parameters in a configuration file and running a new instance of the node without having to recompile or edit any code, and a block explorer with an address cache is already included with an html5 - javascript application connected directly to the node. A system of cache in php or another server side script language can be added for better performance.
Final user can interact through Purenode made blockchain with any bitcore compatible wallet or application if needed.

Block Explorer :

The block explorer is yet another software bundle, typically based on node.js modules, using its own database synchronized with the blockchain node when the block explorer is first initialized, using a server side template system in javascript, working as a middleware between web browser and the blockchain to visualize blocks.


HTML5/Javascript Wallet

It also include an html5 javascript wallet able to generate private key and sign transaction using javascript code, allowing maximum privacy, as the private key never leave the browser in clear form, and the only javascript code executing in the browser is able to decypher using user supplied secret, and use these private key to sign transaction right inside the browser. Nodes never have to manipulate or access private key, but still keep track of transaction on public addresses, allowing for read-only wallet for financial audit, like bitmonero watch-only wallet, and the private key manipulation and hash signing is made inside of the browser without the node knowing about the private key at all.

There's no POW , this coin is only POS.
You can look at the code of our Iadix Purenode blockchain and how it handles our coin. Our modular blockchain that handle the Iadix coin is the main subject in our case, it has been made from scratch and has specific capabilities that we consider unseen yet. The inner specs of the coin is not the most relevant point to look at if you want to consider our work.
ICO is needed for the development of our project.

Purenode can handle all kind of algo and coins if you know how to make a Purenode module, which is relatively easy for a coder.

Hello, im iadix developper

First I want to say there is already some working source code, and we wont "run away" after the ico ends

For the moment there is a wallet based on blackcoin that works on win 32/64 and linux, and the expérimental core im working on which is modular portable and light, easy to customize, it use no big c++ framework, so it compile easily , and include already most function to synch à blockchain, and have web app like wallets and block explorer.

The definitive coin used for the ico is not compiled with the definitive parameters yet, but it will be before the start of the ico, there is already a "demo blockchain " working currently though, and we have been testing it for a while already.

We plane to be transparent on developpement , and I should be active on it in the near future. And I can answer questions if there is any

Im working on distributed raytracing based on blockchain currently too, Im not sure what to make public at which pace yet but there should be some working app based on html5 and glsl in near future.

Some html5 based on audio streaming and blockchain is also under development and already tested on small scale.

The experimental core im working on is highly customisable so it can be adapted easily to many blockchains, like the one we use currently based on blackcoin pos3, or it can create new blockchain with customized parameters easily, even without recompiling anything, in a way similar to multichain with configuration file. It supports only scrypt or sha256 Hashing algorithm for the moment, but more can be added easily, and the api is compatible with bitcore & traditional web block explorer api.
