server and license things you look over and marketing and site development i can see
as you want service will be free from here.how much will be partnership?
where will you incorporate company?are you planning to do legally or illegaly?

0% house edge is a red flag. What is the point of the site, if it's not making profit? Why would a developer help you? What do you plan to do with it? You're leaving out a LOT of important information. why 0% house edge is red flag? 0% house edge will be few months only, after promo house edge = 1% if developer have free time and wish have good profit in the future.. I'm beginer back-end developer. 0% HE is a red flag because it gives more than enough time for the site to tank if you're bankrolling it. If you aren't, how are players winning? Where is money coming from? Who's taking the risk? |

I think think the only way to do 0%HE with no funds. Is by make only p2p gambling and take small fee for hosting the games.
