From a marketing prospective.

You'd have more people sharing/tweeting/promoting your service if everyone had an equal chance to get a share of the pie.

Why not give 1-10k to each user in order he completes your task, instead of having 500k waiting for 1 winner and having people think that they wont be able to win the coins?
