Will the blockchain.info web wallet notify me if I receive a payment to a watch only address assuming it's set up to notify me of incoming payments to my main address?

I'm starting a technology blog T4CH.top, check it out!

It has been reported back in 2015 by the staff team that the notifications has been removed but the user then said that he received both email and SMS so Its definitely something that you should confirm yourself , as an alternative there is the famous blockonomics.co which is more suitable for this job.
