No body can help you at this point, red flags are everywhere . I simply suggest to not use this exchange after resolving your current issue. If you check their thread on the forums, you will see how chaotic the situation is, a lot of people are having problems and not to spread fear or anything but probably exit scam coming soon. Either that or they simply don't care about their customers.

I'm sorry mate, but I don't know if someone can help you out with your issues. You should have check the forum first. I guess there is no harm in trying to contact them again and again and I also hope that it doesn't involved big amounts of btc here, if it is then chances are that you have loss it or consider it loss. Really hard to trust exchanges this days. BTC-e is a classic example and a lot of people have lost big amount of money there. And I don't know what's wrong with Exchanges as well, they gonna lost customers if they have this attitude like poor customer support.

That's a lot of money mate. I think what others have suggested try to bug and call or email their support. Exchanges are really a pain in the butt lately, good thing I don't used Liqui.io for more than 6 months now. I have the same issue with you before, but only small amounts and I did try to get it back successfully though. Maybe they are just overloaded right now that's why the support queue might be growing.

But open searching here in forum and other outside source, I think Liqui.io might have a bigger issue to begin with.

This guy lost 3.5 BTC in that exchanges. I think Liquio.io should not be trusted anymore as hacks has been reported in this trading platform.

I am waiting for 24 hours for a small amount of 0.04 BTC. I could successfully withdraw my altcoins but not this BTC amount. I am not sure what's the issue and now I am trying to contact the support department. I don't know what's wrong with this exchange now as earlier all my deposits and withdrawals went through successfully and most of my altcoins now are listed on this exchange. I am tensed as if they keep delaying withdrawals, I won't be using them again.
