Hello memequiserle, nobody is forced to make use of our offers, as we are focused on people to whom it may concern and who could be interested to buy luxury watches directly for bitcoins. I'm afraid it is not that easy to buy e.g. Rolex watch or similar high-end luxury goods for Amazon gift cards, but nice if it is. Have a nice day! Cheers, BitDials https://www.bitdials.eu

Hi all, Just want to share my positive feedback concerning a German company called BitDials. To be clear: I don't have any link with this company or employees. I was looking for a Panerai watch and they were really very communicative and hands-on. At first, I was not so comfortable buying a watch through cryptocurrency (they accept at this moment both BTC and ETH) but I made the bet, based on their professional feedback and reviews on Chrono24 - the best online watch marketplace in Europe. I even called Chrono24 to verify the reputation. Since prices were really competitive with the my local jewellery stores and I was able to buy through BTC or ETH, I am happy I made the shot: good communication and my watch was shipped securely (and insured!) including tracking information. I would definitely recommend BitDials ( http://www.bitdials.eu) and wanted to share my feedback with you since I was in the same position: looking for a genuine watch an pay with crypto but unconfident by the fact BitDials was a starting company and little reviews were available online. Cheers, Nick

Well, here is a review of mine. After a nice trading move on Stratis (thanks dumper) i decided to buy a Rolex from the profit. After a good search on the internet i came on BitPremier.com, but that is a very slow reacting site. Apparently the admin of it is handling all orders by sending them through to the sellers and that took days, so i stopped using that site, but one particular seller of watches came through on it and that was BitDials. After i had found my specific watch it was time to buy it, but i am a very skeptic person, so i decided to contact them first here on BCT and through the Livesupport. I asked for reviews from other buyers and proof of existence. They told me they are also located at Chrono24 and that i even could pick it up in Frankfurt Germany and let the watch checked by an official Rolex dealer. After some time speaking with Andre i took the step. I know it is not wise to buy a watch online due to sizes and possible fakes of course i just did it. So i bought the Rolex Submariner Date Two Tone Black Ceramic 2017 which was a new model and new in box. I ordered it last Friday with the knowledge that they wouldn't ship in the weekend because they use DHL. That would be a very loooooong weekend for me payment was very easy. Although BTC was rising that day, the amount of BTC on their website wasn't changing. But at the end you pay with Bitpay and they correct the BTC price to the latest price, so i am very happy with the handling of ordering. The confirmation mail came very quick. Even after purchasing Andre was VERY helpful. We talked like maybe an hour or so and at the end we were discussing other things then watches i never had the idea he or his company was trying to scam me. In fact, he was trying to convince me that everything would be ok. So, it became Monday and the moment of truth was there. Will they be shipping? Because i had this very looooooooong weekend of waiting i informed myself how to recognize a real Rolex. Watched dozens of movies about it so the only thing i needed was the Rolex it self to verify. At 12:00PM i got an email with a DHL tracking number which wasn't available online until 18:00PM. This all had to do with that DHL had to pick it up and scan the parcel. Eventually it came online and it all became more real then fake. The shipping that is. But on 19:00PM i saw something terrible. DHL shipped it to London and i was like...WTF!!!! Here in my country DHL is closed at 19:00PM so i stalked Andre with that and he immediately reacted on it. He called DHL and demanded them to get the parcel out of the plane and put it on the right one with first priority. He ships a lot of packages with DHL so i guess they listened to him right sway, because half an hour later i got the message "Shipment arrived at incorrect facility. Sent to correct destination" on my DHL tracking page. And now the long waiting started. I had a problem this morning so i wasn't at home, so i was hoping they would come in the afternoon and luckily they did. At 15:00PM they were finally there with the parcel and the big moment was there. Is this Rolex legit. And it is!! Of course i am not an expert in detecting fake Rolex, but i am in Breitlings. So, i started to look for the tiniest build quality and they were all there. The Rolex was still in his protecting plastic all around, the hologram logo is the real one and the card with serial is matching the wallet. It got the genuine green box, the right booklets and everything. I have not found ANY strange part which could be pointing to a fake Rolex. The bezel ticks like it should (learned from Ebay lol). The date magnifier is doing it 2.5 times bigger while fakes are mostly doing nothing or just 1.5 times. The jeweler on the card is also real (guess they buy them from other dealers). All i can say is that BitDials is for my watch the real deal. The support is really OUTSTANDING. They insure your package until 25k euro and shipping is free. I will definitely will buy a watch again from them. Andre and team, thank you for giving me the feeling that everything will be ok. Trust me people, they are the real deal.

As per many folks asked about the guarantee that the products will be authentic or original, I will add that you provide some reliability about your identity and reputation so that you can gain faith. I am not saying you will be sending duplicate things, but in this world of frauds and scams, it is better to be more transparent.

Interesting. I have been trying to find a Hublot for quite a long time. Where is Bitdials based from ?
EDIT: I Just checked out the website and I am interested in a particular watch you guys are selling. I might be willing to purchase if we could have a middleman hold onto the BTC until the watch arrives and is confirmed to be authentic by a jeweler

As mentioned in the op, they are selling watches all over the europe. If you belong to some other area, you might have to pay for the custom fees for importing the watches. There must be an option for COD to avoid any chances of fraud.

The thing that bothers me about this is that they claim to be able to command a bulk discount from Rolex.
This is very supicious as Rolex rarely if ever offer discounts to distributors and in any case, and even prohibit online sale of new watches and will strike off a distributor from their list if they suspect that their watches are being sold below RRP.
Something about this doesn't feel right to me.

it's not fully correct.
Firstly, official dealers are getting Rolex from the factory with a 35-38% discount. With some skills & longterm contacts it's possible to get a part of the above mentioned discounts on own purchases from AD's, especially on bulk purchases.
The second part of your question is better to answer with an opposite question. How would you explain the existence and the huge volume on absolutely new and unworn watches on: Chrono24, or online shops like Chronext, Horando, Montredo, Luxurybazaar all others around the world? ;-)
P.S. By the way we have not only Rolex. P.P.S. We need to think about to raise our prices to retails, as most of the concerns are focused on it )))

I do know one thing....the watches are real. I have a neighbor with is a watch maker and he carefully examined my first one. Real was his answer. Box, booklets, card, hologram, all is real. The dial is crispy, the magnifier magnifies how it should be, the bezel sounds like the real ones.
We will see Friday when i made my video. But i know now that Andre is legit. That is why i easily bought the second one. I have more faith now.

I'm going to be in Frankfurt for a meeting in the next couple of weeks. Would I be able to visit you and report back here to alleviate people's fears about your legitimacy? I'm a fairly serious watch collector. I tend to travel internationally to go to watch auctions and buy maybe 6 luxury watches a year. I'd be over the moon if I found a reputable bitcoin only dealer. I'd buy all of my new major brand watches from them.

Yeah, they have a really good customer service and also given me alternatives to be sure that the watch will be authentic. As badass mentioned they invited to Frankfurt and meet with them personally and also take to a AD to confirm the watch. Tho I have not bought any watch from here yet, still waiting for a particular model(will buy it as soon as they have it on stock) Also waiting for badass review I will also add my review when I get my watch.

Unfortunately that wouldn't work with all watches. That can work for watches from stock, we can reserve it for you and you can pay on collection. But we ask for understanding that for watches which need to be ordered we will need to work out a sheme with down-payment (partial). Because we will be at risk to buy a specific watch and stick with it if something go wrong with pick up. Cheers, André

A pertinent post by a contact of mine: The profit margin is 40%. One other thing though is Rolex requires their dealers to spend 5% of their wholesale volume on advertising every year. So if a dealer bought 500000 from Rolex, they must spend $25,000. I beleive most people who know about retailing would agree that this is not a large or profitable markup. If a store has a 50% markup on an item in Retail, after employees salary, rent, taxes, utitilities, other inventory that doesnt sell, etc, the retailer nets about 6% in profit. So if they sell 1,000,000, they make $60,000 when its all over!! Contrary to most peoples opinions, most jewelers do not operate on a triple profit markup. I believe mall chains do this on low end items, but from my understanding on higher end goods such as diamonds, a jeweler can only make 10%. So its all about volume. Also, no Rolex jeweler is getting full price every time. So in the end they probally gross 30% over cost. When you factor the expenses I mentioned above, its a net of 4 or 5%
Its my understanding from my dealer, who is a friend, that selling Rolex in itself is not hugely profitable. They make money, but it doesn't get you rich. It does, however, bring prestige to the store, traffic, customers who end up buying other items, etc. Its also a "safe" inventory investment. If a jeweler went out of business, they would be lucky to get 10 cents on the dollar for most of their jewelery that didn't sell. They can put a 25% sign on Rolex and sell every watch. So even though Rolex makes them put alot in inventory, its money in the bank.
High volume dealers do not get better pricing, but as stated, a better share of rare models. And in answer to your question of how there are unworn Rolex for sale at a discount online, it is because they are grey market watches offered by ADs with too much stock. Some grey market Rolex, whilst authentic, come with their serial numbers removed and Rolex warranty invalid. I appreciate this is only some, but the grey market can be quite grey.

Just to follow on, what if your warranty card isn't stamped by an authorised and official Rolex AD?
The answer is that your watch isn't under warranty.
Now, given that you can save a lot of money by buying a watch like this, many people don't care.
However, I think it is important to for people to understand the difference between buying from an AD and a grey market supplier.

So you are saying when an official AD sells his Rolex's because he has too many stocks, that no warranty can be given for it? That is simply not true. The AD sold it and by law he must give warranty to it. No matter to who he sold it to. And if the official Rolex gives 5 years, then the buyer gets 5 years also. And if the buyer decides to sell the watch then warranty is still on the watch, because Rolex does not register watches by name.

I dont know if you guys have bought from rolex or an AD or Grey handler.
I have, my experience is that the warranty is fully covered. And the warranty card should be stated with the name from the AD, Date, Serienumber.
And you will get your 5-year warranty.
Remember not to buy a watch with no stamp/printed on date AD or removed serienumber. That will have effect on your resell if you want to do it in
the future.
The warranty will start when the AD has taken their watch from Rolex, it will be stated in the card which date it was. Also Rolex Have documents that
which AD they sold it to but no name owners. So name owners on the card does not matter! You can even put anonymous or empty field.
Since most people that buy a pre owned Rolex dont want a stranger name on their card.
It does not matter which AD rolex sold it to or if the AD sold it to a grey handler, in the end they will fulfill their end if you require service on
their promise 5-year warranty.
I have not encounter any problems on fixing my rolex from a grey handler that bought from AD supplier.
Tho I have not yet bought from BitDials.

Now, given that you can save a lot of money by buying a watch like this, many people don't care.
However, I think it is important to for people to understand the difference between buying from an AD and a grey market supplier.
Of course are all our watches stamped from AD with date. All warranty cards are activated in Rolex database. How could it work otherwise?!

Hi stonehenge,
it's not correct.
P.P.S. We need to think about to raise our prices to retails, as most of the concerns are focused on it )))
Cheers, André BitDials by A.C.Watches
Perhaps my usual Rolex ADs have a vested interest in saying otherwise. ;-)

So, you mean, watches, which are sold from overstocked AD's are out of warranty? ))))) ABSOLUTELY FALSE! There are hundreds of thousands sold worldwide each year and still nothing on internet about real cases of this issue from real customers beside of some rumors? Well, it's easy to imagine that AD would says that)

It is a nice concept indeed, but I guess you could be a little more creative with the website design. Make it more attractive for visitors. I must say it looks a bit shady. Maybe is just from my point of view, but nevermind...
You are stating that the watch comes with the original box, papers and warranty. Is the box factory sealed? Do you have any certification that you are a registered company?

Hi ChrisPop, believe me - i'm not happy with design as well! This is the version 1.0 and we really need to update it soon) Yes, all watches are absolutely new, unworn, watches are originally sealed from factory, with all documents (warranty card stamped from AD with date), in original box. Absolutely full-set. You can find company details in footer of the main page ( https://www.bitdials.eu/pages/bitdials-bitcoin-luxury-boutique-impressum-legal-disclosure) Cheers, Stan

Absolutely true! As long there is a serial number, AD name and date on the card - it's activated with Rolex and the warranty of 5 years starts with the date on the card. Everything else are rumors...

So, to recap: Bitdials are not an authorised Rolex AD. Bitdials purchase surplus stock from authorised Rolex ADs that are provided with a warranty card stamped by the AD and not bitdials. You should really consider putting this information on your web site, along with guarantees that the original warranty still stands. To be fair, of the thirty or so Rolex that I have, I have had no warranty related issues although most of mine are vintage. You should also consider providing your company name and street address. Your operations comes across as extremely shady as it stands.

https://www.bitdials.eu/pages/bitdials-bitcoin-luxury-boutique-impressum-legal-disclosure do you even read this topic or are you just here to fud him away? BitDials sells new, unworn genuine Rolex (and other brands) as a non AD. He also sells pre-owned watches, but not that many from what i saw Like 90% of all watch sellers do. The rest are AD's. As long the booklets and card are OK there is nothing wrong with his business. Not even shady. He is trying to be as transparent as he can to others. It is you guys who are placing BTC in a bad and shady corner, because when he would ask fiat for it, nobody would give a damn about his business. But now he asks BTC and now this is a shady business. Stop doing that if we want to have BTC mainstream. He just sells watches. And he just accepts BTC. I don't see any shady shadow over this combination. So order a watch in stock, make an appointment to collect it and see for your self. But i know now, you are not ordering one and certainly not collecting it. Am I right?

When I'm proven wrong I will apologise for anything I have said that was incorrect.
Do you use a third party escrow service for watches you have in stock?

They indeed can, by ordering one, paying one, receiving one and apologize. I told twice in this topic i have received two Rolex, authorized them by a watchmaker and they are proven real. If that isn't proof, how can they do that through the internet except for the method i told you just yet? If you are really afraid to buy one, just fiat your btc and go to an AD.

Your watch is really stunning and hope you enjoy it. I can understand why you only post it for a limit time, and want to give credits for that. Have no complains on BitDials, only praise. For other members in this forum that is thinking about buying from BitDials, you can feel safe. And it is not kind to spread FUD or claiming that BitDials is not legit without even trying to be in contact with them or buying from them. We should embrace this kind of new things specially this is the first real luxury watch shop in Bitcoin. And I am happy for this. Also credits for BitDials and Andre and his team, really great customer service, they always answer your questions instant and make you feel secure about them and I wish all the luck for your project Andre. Cheers!

Thanks.

Hi,
After being a bit of a dick about the potential legitimacy of Bitdials I decided to put my money where my mouth is with the hope I could post a nice review after receiving my watch.
I appreciate I could be asking you this directly but I thought it might be of interest to the community.
The watch I am interested in is more expensive by a four figure amount with Bitdials than with my preferred AD. Are Bitdials happy to price match within reason on a watch or is this simply a reflection of the cost of operating with BTC payments?
All the best,
Dan

Hi Dan,
no worries about your doubts, it gives us a chance to talk about and to clear them.
Sure payment processing and everything what comes with operating with bitcoins costs us more than payments with fiat money. Some models are just very requested and coupled with long delivery times and therefore not to get for the list price. Not just at BitDials.
But still our prices are not higher than at AD´s and in 99% of the time below retail. Sure it is maybe possible to find a bit better price if you pay in fiat, as already mentioned above.
Please tell us which model you mean, so we can tell you the reason for a price difference.
Cheers

And don't forget that Rolex also creates more demands by slowly releasing DaytonaC for instance. Retail is 12-13k, but they are only available on the grey market for about 18-20k. So yes, BitDials seems to be more expensive here, but you won't get a DaytonaC from an AD instantly. You have to be on a 2 year waiting list. BitDials can't help it...it is Rolex.

@Stonehedge:Thank you for your message. And even your comments before were understandable for us as we can understand some kind of mistrust in the cryptomarket for sure.
As pioneers in the market, we have calculated with a sort of mistrust for the beginning.
That's why we tried to work as transparent and customer friendly as possible from day one. And we are open for discussion in every way to build up the trust.
We knew from the start that the time will tell and meanwhile we gained a good customer base and have some reviews on TrustPilot (feedback giving is bound with order numbers which ensures verified customer reviews). Unfortunately, just 8-9% of our customers left a review, but that's a common fact. We appreciate every review and would be happy if more customers would follow to make a statement. But many of them might want to keep up their privacy or just don't want to make public comments.
For us it is very important to set a sign of trust, even more because of the scams in the cryptoworld. And every new customer who buys an expensive and exclusive watch is the best sign that Bitcoin can become mainstream very well.
We are very happy about your message, this is really nice of you to admit that. You definitely can't expect that from everybody. And we will appreciate it to welcome you as a new customer.
Cheers

Dear Saddampbuh, thank you for your comment. We had this kind of discussions in the past and exactly reversed ones where some users have argued that it is suspicious that our prices are lower than from the manufacturers itself. So for some users the prices are too high and for other ones they are too low, how it seems As you mentioned by yourself you lose money when you cash out your BTC, and guess what happens when we do that. And we need fiat money to buy our watches and pay our bills of course. Furthermore, payment processing and everything what comes with operating with BTC costs us more than payments with fiat money. This is just what it is. We really don´t claim to have the lowest prices on the market, sure you can find cheaper options. But it is unfair to compare us with a dealer who sells in fiat money. As we are struggling with unequal conditions here. But we don´t agree that we have the highest prices either! Sure for some models, which are that requested and popular, you can expect to pay the list price or above, but that is the markets price. As you will have to wait moths or years in some cases to get the watch cheaper. And some watches are just cheaper to get from other shops, as we mentioned, we are not claiming to be the cheapest option. But we are a very convenient one and our customers support is very fast and personal and many of our customers value that. Cheers Julia Support BitDials

Dear Cryptopredict.me, our watches come with an official worldwide manufacturer warranty.
At Rolex the warranty is 5 years and at the most other brands 2 years. The warranty is always guaranteed by the manufacturer not the dealer.
Either you buy from us or an official AD, the warranty is the same.
Cheers

Hello bhab5978btctalk, fair enough that you use this thread to place your advertisement:)
Even though, we are not fans of replica watches, as we don’t understand what anybody would get out of it. That people think you have an original? But you will always know that it is a fake, so what’s the matter? Furthermore, you don’t need to be a watch expert to recognize replica watches either. There exists a saying- „fake watches are for fake people“.
But we don’t want to offend or judge you or anybody who hasn’t the financial means to get an expensive watch. We would just suggest to buy a cheaper but authentic one.
Last but not least, an exclusive watch is more than just a spending, it is an investment. Whereas a replica watch surely cheaper is, but at the same time just thrown out money.
Cheers Julia Support BitDials

Curious do you ever procure new jaeger lecoultres?
Also I'm noticing that the price updates slowly on the btc conversion - is it intentional?
Thanks.

@Mrbates Hello and thank you for your question. Yes we will add more watches of Jaeger-LeCoultre very soon, but if you have a specific watch in mind, you can send us the reference number on support@bitdials.eu and our team will start the sourcing for you. You will be paying with the most actual rate which can be checked on BitPay (our payment processors website ). The total price in BTC with the most actual rate will be displayed when you check out and put your shipping information in. As the BTC price is very volatile it can change in the time when the article gets in the shopping cart and before the shipping information input. For that reason, the price gets generated afterwards. You will see the most actual BTC price right before you start the transaction. Hope this was helpful. Cheers Stan Support BitDials

I ordered yesterday a watch I will go directly on Rolex adress to pay for analyze watch and obtain authentificate certification. I think counterfeiting is not possible but for this amount, no risks Its supposed to come with the certificate of authenticity -- I mean anything is possible (if a watch can be replicated flawlessly so can a piece of paper in my mind) I'm on day 8 of processing - downside of choosing a watch that needed special ordering but in the end it should be worth it.

Watches Will do, looks like there was a delay on my package - note from fed-ex: Shipment requires importer's registration/identification number for clearance. (Examples include EIN, SSN, VAT, GST, RFC, etc.) I'll call them in a little bit and see if I'm able to do that.

@Mrbates Thank you for letting us know. This is a standard customs procedure on which we have no influence at this point. You are the importer in this case and need to explain that you are importing as a private person for your personal usage and therefore you don’t have an importers identification number. After that the parcel should get released very quickly. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Had a little bit of fun with my unboxing - registered my watch on the official website without issues (adding to validity) Part 1: https://youtu.be/HE1qTxyFyMYPart 2: https://youtu.be/kRVaBeu1I8oReview: Amateur Authenticity Overview: Watch appears authentic and has all paperwork (I'll still go to an AD next week and verify officially for everyone). That being said the watch was in flawless condition and registered on the JL official website just fine. Shipping & Sourcing: 5/5 I ordered it on the 9th of January, it was sourced successfully on the 18th -- doesn't ship over weekends so shipped on the 21st and got delayed by customs for 3 days and got here on the 26th. Watch + Box Quality: 4.9/5 Watch was in flawless condition, unused and new. Box had minor scuffs on the top of it but I can assume that was customs + FedEx tossing it around - Also personally I didn't come to buy a box I wanted the watch. Customer Service: 5/5 As seen on this thread the customer support/service is very prompt - they're equally as such when you email them.

Hey folks, we would like to invite you to share a picture of your BitDials watch on your wrist with us and our crypto-community of watch enthusiasts. We would appreciate to see something typical for your hometown in the background. But if you prefer just to show the watch on your wrist, it’s totally okay as well. We want to reward you for sharing your picture and will issue a discount code of 200 Euro for your next order as well. You have the option to either send it via email to support[at]bitdials.eu or post it on Twitter or Instagram with the #BitDialsWristGame and #BitDials or share it in our open Telegram group. It’s up to you. Last but not least, we will give you the chance to win a further discount. We will choose the few best pictures and grant an additional discount of up to 4.000 Euro depending on your order volume. Enjoy! Cheers Julia Support BitDials

Hey AT101ET, thank you for contacting us. 16610lv is the old form of reference for the Submariner "HULK". The new used form of reference from Rolex for this model is 116610LV. We have this model listed in our shop But we are afraid it is not possible to purchase it at the moment. This is one of the most requested models and as soon as our stock gets refilled, it gets sold. As we don´t have a new ETA, we just work with waiting lists and inform all customers who are interested in, when we get an update about a new arrival. This procedure avoids that our customers get disappointed by too long delivery times. If you have further queries, please feel free to ask again. Cheers Lidia Support BitDials

Attention! BitDials under blackmail attack!BitDials is proud to be the world's first bitcoin-only luxury boutique that provide original and unique high-end luxury watches and jewelry to the crypto community since 2016. Within less than 2 years the company became quite famous and successful. Also we are in the process of constant development, as a result of which we have extended our range of brands, added jewelry and soon diamonds. The new automobile boutique - BitCars - was also successfully launched just recently. More than that BitDials is well-known for its reliability and security, quality employees and proven sellers. Thanks to high security standards of Shopify Plus and BitPay, your personal and billing information is protected by professionals! That's why since 2016 we have never failed our clients. You may find this confirmation on TrustPilot, where our customers leave verified reviews. According to statistics these are only about 20% of all customers, because satisfied customers often don’t care about reviews or they just want to stay absolutely anonymous. On the opposite site it’s much easier to get bad reviews from angry customer. But there aren’t any. This is actually a confirmation that we are a real deal. But there is also a dark side of success. We worked very hard to make our name in the crypto community. On our way companies came across that tried to copy our site quite often. More than this, recently we received a letter in which we were blackmailed and demanded to pay money otherwise we would get review bombs associated with a bad reputation. We really worked hard to build BitDials and to ensure customer satisfaction on all our platforms and channels and as much as we want to protect our name, we cannot give in to blackmails. This could be a never ending story. We don't want to support criminals even though we risk that some fall for this negative review spamming and believe them. We are not the first or the last who received such threats. Therefore, we want to warn you in advance and apologize for the inconvenience. We will do our best to sort this out as quickly as possible. Your support is very important for us and we appreciate it!
We will do our best to continue to be the best. Visit us onBTC www.bitdials.euBTC Twitter: @BitDials_euBTC Instagram: @bitdialsCheers Daria Social Support BitDials

Legendary watches: famous models with a great history. RolexOf the thousands of watches that appear on the market every year, few remain in collections for one to two decades. Historical epochs are experiencing several units, and these units are really beautiful - these are the legends of horology. Rolex, Oyster Perpetual 1931Until 1931, the watch Oyster Perpetual was taken quite a modest place in the Rolex collection. Alas, this is true, although in 1931, when there appeared models with this name, they were noted in the brand history as a serious achievement: Rolex developed the first reliable, efficient, practical and technological self-winding system with a central rotor ,which rotate without stops and in both directions. The watch in a certain sense turned out to be "always going", of course, if you do not forget to put it on, that's why the rotor and the model itself were called "perpetual". Legendary watches: famous models with a great history. Jaeger-LeCoultre. Of the thousands of watches that appear on the market every year, few remain in collections for one to two decades. Historical epochs are experiencing several units, and these units are really beautiful - these are the legends of horology. Jaeger-LeCoultre, Reverso 1931Reverso watches with a reversible body were invented with only one practical purpose - to protect the watch glass from the blows, inevitable when playing polo. 1930s, but the model itself was so popular with the public that it remained in the Jaeger-LeCoultre collection, having turned into the "second self" of the brand over time. It is worth noting that many modern Reverso look as if they have not changed at all since 1931 - this also applies to the case, and the dial, and even the hands. All this stirs the interest of collectors to the watch, for example, in May 2015, at the Antiquorum auction, steel watches belonging to General MacArthur were sold for 87,500 francs. Legendary watches: famous models with a great history. IWC. Of the thousands of watches that appear on the market every year, few remain in collections for one to two decades. Historical epochs are experiencing several units, and these units are really beautiful - these are the legends of horology. IWC Schaffhausen, Portugieser 1939The Portugieser watches, originally manufactured by IWC for two Portuguese businessmen, are surprisingly relevant right now. The attraction of those rare examples of "Portugueses" of the first half of the 20th century that are currently on auctions, is explained by the fact that in the wristwatch they set quiet classic dials of pocket models, strict and technically thought out. It is no coincidence that restarting the Portuguiser collection in 1993, when IWC celebrated its 125th anniversary, took the 1939 model as a model. Legendary watches: famous models with a great history. Blancpain. Of the thousands of watches that appear on the market every year, few remain in collections for one to two decades. Historical epochs are experiencing several units, and these units are really beautiful - these are the legends of horology. Blancpain, Fifty Fathoms 1953The brightest pages of Blancpain history are associated with the diving watch Fifty Fathoms. Jean-Jacques Fichter, the general director of the company (1950 - 1980), was friends with Jacques-Yves Cousteau and was so carried away by scuba diving that he enthusiastically took up the development of professional water-resistant watches. Now they are perceived as a standard for diving watches and a compulsory exemplar in any serious collection of military and technical watches. Initially, Fifty Fathoms were produced in two versions - militaristic and civil, both of which Blancpain produced until the 1970s, and in 1997 the Fifty Fathoms collection was re-released as a luxury diver's watch. Legendary watches: famous models with a great history. Omega.Of the thousands of watches that appear on the market every year, few remain in collections for one to two decades. Historical epochs are experiencing several units, and these units are really beautiful - these are the legends of horology. Omega, Speedmaster 1957In 1957, Omega released the now-famous trio of technical watches - Speedmaster, Seamaster and Railmaster. The idea was to develop precision models of technical direction, designed, respectively, for racing drivers, divers and engineers. With the Speedmaster watch, history played a good joke:watches for motorists turned into watches for astronauts, and then, since 1975, in watches for cosmonaut. NASA chose "speedmasters" for a reason - the 1957 model watch is really considered one of the best representatives of this kind of products for the entire XX century. So it's not for nothing that this year the reissue of the famous 1957 model was released, but already on the basis of the company's automatic mechanism with the co-axial move of the last generation. Legendary watches: famous models with a great history. Audemars Piguet.
Of the thousands of watches that appear on the market every year, few remain in collections for one to two decades. Historical epochs are experiencing several units, and these units are really beautiful - these are the legends of horology. Audemars Piguet, Royal Oak 1972"You are crazy to offer steel watches at the price of gold" - that's what you could hear in 1972 about the Royal Oak watches presented at that time. And not because the company Audemars Piguet decided to release these watches to make it sound cool, - the fact is that scrupulously finished steel case and bracelet cost in production more expensive than gold. So that at the Basel exhibition in 1972, the public was shown a prototype made instead of steel from white gold. Contrary to skeptical expectations, a series of thousands of copies was quickly sold out, and now it is difficult for a collector to catch a real copy of Royal Oak Jumbo (this is what they called this watch because of the rather large 39-mm case at that time) from the very first A series. This model is unique, since it is still produced almost unchanged. I really hope i'm wrong and just being paranoid over nothing but I've a bad feeling i'm about to get scammed by bitdials.
After a few emails back and forth the agreed to source and sell a tag and omega watch for about €9000. On Nov 16th I paid 1.8 btc for them.
They gave a estimate of 5-7 days. Normally I would not be worried but we all know what happened btc over the last week or two, now my 1.8 btc is worth €6300.
I'm worried that in a few days they'll apologise and give me a refund of 1.8 btc.
I have nothing to go on but gut feeling, on Thur i emailed support asking for an update, they said it would be in a shipment due for the end of the week. I know English isn't their first language but not saying tomorrow or Friday seemed off to me. Friday I asked for an update but never got an answer. Saturday i emailed with my concerns and asked if they give me a refund would it be €9000 or 1.8 btc, they never answered this part of the email but said volume was high last week and assured me they'd be delivered to them by mid next week (again not a concrete date).
I know it isn't much but my bullshit detector is pretty strong, I really hope I can update this post with how wrong I was.

Hi Swal, thank you for letting us and the community know. It´s important to talk about and it gives us a chance to explain it more detailed to more than just a single customer. Before puchase we have offered you a delivery time of 5-7 days, which always are working days. We are working almost every day and answer emails and give support even on weekends, as many of our customers know, but this is not true for other suppliers from our network. It is correct that today we mark day 7 and this means we indeed have a delay, we are very sorry for. As explained, we are dependent on our suppliers and the confirmations we get from them. We have incoming goods from our partners each day within a week and it is quite normal for us to get the confirmations in a more general form and because of that we give this information to our customers as well. Normally this is never a problem. We understand that you have your doubts, depsite all the good reviews, because it is your first purchase from us. Believe us, that we are more upset than any customer could be when we are not able to keep to our schedule. Our partners are just too big to be pushed, especially as they are not in default yet. By the way, we didn´t answer the question regarding the amount in a case of refund , as there won´t be a case of refund:) But generally it is quite obvious that we just can refund the amount you have paid. If you have paid 1.8 BTC you would get 1.8 BTC, as even if the market took a dip, it can recover very soon. We cannot take on the risks of potential currency fluctuations. The same would be true, if the BTC would rise to an all time high in that time. We always do our best and we are promising you that this is true for your order as well. Please make sure to post about the end of the story Cheers, Julia Support Manager BitDials

Hi Shane, thank you for letting the community know about your experience with BitDials. To get public feedbacks is so important for us.
We are so happy that you are satisfied with our product and service in the end.
No doubt that great dangers are associated with crypto online shops in general. Even though we have an outstanding reputation within the crypto community over years now, it´s still hard to trust when you didn´t made your own experiences. From that side, absolutely understandable.
We are still on it to deliver the second watch as fast as possible and will update you accordingly via email.
Cheers,
Julia Support Manager BitDials

Tag came today https://imgur.com/l51abH9Bit of trouble tracking one down so not only could they have refunded the btc and pocketed the difference, it would have been a lot easier. So I couldn't have been more wrong and appreciate the effort to fulfil my order.

Diamonds or Not? That is the question...Every smart investor knows how important it is to keep their portfolios diverse. This helps protect against risk and produce stronger returns. The sector is primarily for investors who have resources and would like to diversify away from the stock market and other traditional investments. A rule of thumb among diamond traders is this – “The greater the investment in diamonds, the greater the return.” That’s why so many rich folks invest in diamonds. Including an alternative investment, such as diamonds, gives..... Purchased many times, both on BitCars and BitDials, hope they'll recognize me. Seriously, attacking them is unfair, and only shows the global spirit of the crypto community. Tbh they are everything the crypto-world needs: they are trustworthy, transparent ( No KYC etc ) and legitimate, I'm quite difficult but never regretted dealing with them. Hope my message will help raising awareness about them, I can understand people are doubting & researching, I did it but the best experience is to go ahead and try, then you'll be able to talk, in my opinion. Keep it up =)

I want to make a small review of a new watch i bought from BitDials end of last year. As i feel blessed that Bitcoin finally found her way to what she suppose to be i thought i would buy myself a little present. I ordered a lot of watches from BitDials since their beginning and their service is way outstanding, but this time they really knocked me on the floor with their service on a positive way. First of all, i wanted a special watch this time. As i am a strong believer in the Universe which helped me back in 2010 to harvest/mine in Bitcoin i wanted the Rolex GMT Master II with the Gibeon Meteorite dial in it. This piece of rock is 4 billions years old and is a piece of the Universe which landed at some point millions of years ago on the Earth and was collected in 1836 by J. E. Alexander (and Alexander is my real name also). Read more about it here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gibeon_(meteorite) I wanted this watch because it a one of a kind cause of the dial, but also a very good investment. Because when Rolex stops selling these (there are not many of them) the price will go skyrocket like a Bitcoin. So, i contacted BitDials, because getting this watch from an AD is really a no go. At least in my country. I asked Julia to get this watch for me and she gave me a real fair grey price. She told me it would be difficult, but within a timespan of 4-6 weeks. I agreed to it and handed over my precious Bitcoins haha. And then the waiting started. And i had to be honest...i became nervous, because at that timespan Bitcoin kept climbing like a rocket and i still hadn't got a watch. So, i am sorry Julia for contacting you over and over again where my watch is haha. Then, after 4 weeks, i got a message from her through Telegram with a beautiful picture attached. And there she is. My beautiful holy grail. Mother of all watches (to me). They say you never have a holy grail, because when you have the grail, you'll find another one. But nope, this is MY holy grail. Within a day (!!!) i received my watch and i really waited HOURS to unbox my long awaited present so my wife could film it. You know how a kid can do when it is in a candy store? Well, i felt like a whole school class in a candy store lol. It was unbelievable to have my holy grail in my hands and it was just made for ME. I didn't needed to adjust the watch at all. It fitted like a glove instantly and it hasn't been from my wrist since then. I do everything with it. Just everything. But the story continues, because there was a little problem. No booklet of the GMT Master II was delivered with it and i am a man of want to have it all (box, papers and shit), so i contacted Julia about it. Well, read on further, because this story gets more amazing then ever. At first she apologised to me for this tiny mistake. Although i want a full set, it was not really a thing for me at that point, because i couldn't get my eyes from the watch all freaking day. The dial is SO FUCKING STUNNING!!!!! She told me she would contact the dealer to get the booklet fixed and i was like, yeah no worries, my dear Julia. I am already a freaking happy guy. But it took weeks this time and although i was already forgotten about it (because i know it would be ok at some point) she messages me that she was sorry about the time that it took to get her the booklet. i was like, no problem Julia, i am still happy with my watch and just take your time. I don't need it anyway. So yesterday she messaged me that she had posted the booklet with a little gift inside. I thought to myself, YES, she added the gummy bears they always added to my orders the last years which did not came with my watch this time. And now the Universe magic happens. A day later (again !!!!!) my doorbell ringed. FedEx on my door with a fucking huge box. And i was like...WTF is that. So i opened up the box and the first thing i saw was the GMT Master II booklet but also a huge black present box of something. So surprisingly i opened up the box and WTF, they gave me a fucking freaking Hine Triomphe Cognac Grande Champagne bottle as a little gift. A little gift? ? Guys and girls, this little gift is worth 900USD's. A bottle of 70cl!!! No guys and girls, this is what i call fucking service. OUTSTANDING service. Thanks Julia and BitDials team. You guys rock in this Universe. There is no other company i ever had this service and really, they are rock solid and VERY trust worthy with your money. All my watches are fully authentic and the prices they ask as a grey are outstanding. yes, they ask more then a retail price, but thats always the case in a grey market and they really deserve it. THANKS Julia...you are a woman of my heart and i would have married you instantly without even seeing you (hope you are pretty though lol). But sorry, i am already married with a lovely lady. So, when your coins are mooning and you are up to a new special watch. Go for BitDials, because you will get no other service like theirs. I already know i got a special treatment from them because i bought from them since the beginning of their existence, but still. They are rock solid. Thanks, from the bottom of my heart. Really thank you. PS, Julia told me that they wanted to thank one of their first clients because i helped them so much in their first year here in BCT. So, don't expect A Hine Triomphe when something is missing in your order hahaha.

Then take photos of watches or other luxury accessories, at least add a piece of paper stating that it is indeed in your possession. Do something specifically for the forum, it’s not difficult.

Thank you for the suggestion. Please note that this forum is not our main communication and marketing channel. We are a crypto platform where various suppliers offer their products. We have been active in the market for over 7 years now. Most items are available upon request, but we also have a portion of items available in our EU warehouse. You can find the items that are in stock in our shop under the category "Hot deals". Watches labeled as "in stock" are truly available. For specific inquiries, please send us an email, and our support team will assist you. It’s also possible to arrange an appointment and pick up items in person. For the items which are in stock it’s even possible to pay them at place after arranging an appointment. We hope this helps:) Our social networking:BTCTwitter: @BitDials_eu BTCInstagram: @bitdials BTCFacebook:@bitdials BTCEmail: support@bitdials.eu Cheers Daria Social Support BitDials

BitDials are there any watches with Bitcoin inspired design available on your website? There was recently one custom made watch inspired by bitcoin halving event, and it was advertised here in bitcointalk forum. This could be interesting to have: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5481702.0

I have a question regarding Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements in financial services: Are there specific transaction value thresholds below which KYC procedures are not mandatory? If so, what are these thresholds, and do they vary by jurisdiction or type of financial service??

Hi! Sorry for delay. We do not operate in a financial services market, we in retail, however we do know the following In the European Union (EU), KYC requirements are outlined by the Anti-Money Laundering Directives (AMLD), with transaction thresholds determining when procedures apply: General Guidance (Subject to change) €15,000: CDD is required for occasional transactions reaching this amount, whether as a single or linked operation. E-Money: Simplified KYC applies for instruments storing less than €150, are non-reloadable, or have monthly transaction limits below €150. Variations by Jurisdiction: Some countries (e.g., Malta: €10,000, UK: €150 for e-money) impose stricter thresholds. Exceptions: Enhanced due diligence applies regardless of transaction value if suspicious activity or inconsistent customer information is detected. Linked smaller transactions that collectively exceed thresholds also trigger KYC requirements. Thresholds and rules vary by EU member state, and institutions must monitor both EU-wide and local regulations Our social networking: BTC Twitter: @BitDials_eu BTC Instagram: @bitdials BTC Facebook:@bitdials
