Bitfinex Can not withdrawal BTC

Today, I was  made withdrawal on Bitfinex, but Bitfinex reported "completed", but I have nor received BTC, i have checked on Bitfinex at TXID is error " Error creating transaction {"error"=>true, "size"=>0, "msg"=>"error signing tx, see result", "result"=>{"complete"=>false, "msg"=>"available balance less than what is needed"}}"


have I losed BTC, Please nobody know about that,

I found a good step by step tut by bitfinex for sending a support ticket with the right details:

There seem to be technical issues, that are in attention by Bitfinex.
Your BTC is high probably not lost. If you put in all infos, you see in the instruction, your chances are good to get your problem fast solved.

well, after 3 days i canceled my ETH withdraw, bought and withdraw LTC in 5 mins ... seems ETH and BTC are clogged up
my 2 cents: withdraw LTC
