Not really, 1.) paypal has chargeback and 2.) he could send first to a trusted seller if needed.

Bitcoin to Paypal or Paypal to Bitcoin is not very welcome in this forum. Especially since you are a newbie with only 2 posts and second post is to exchange Bitcoin to Paypal. You are also asking in the wrong section, right section for such trades is here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0 .

Still I don't think you will have any luck here, so why don't you use cuboits ,coinbase, circle or bitpanda. Both of them accept credit card (which is almost same as paypal). If you are in Europe, Bitpanda accepts Paypal,Skrill,Neteller.

Please be careful selling BTC for Paypal.

The buyer can dispute the transaction and get the money back, or the buyer can use a stolen account and the actual owner will get the money back, or the buyer can even scam someone else for $25 paypal (sending it to you) and the other person will get the money back (from you).

Escrow doesn't prevent any of these scams unless the escrow holds the BTC for 6 months.

Why dont you exchange on an exchange site like localbitcoins.com? You're gonna have tough time negotiating here because of trust issues. Some members dont trust newbie like you. Its also risky. You should transact with a trusted member here. Theres so many scammers here.
