I just don't get it, i allow everyone that can write about bitcoin to submit articles with ads and affiliate links, they can become admins, why they don't submit article if they can earn from affiliate links?
Now my website gets over 300+ unique visitors every day is it to less someone to be interested to post article?
I think that from 300+ daily visitors couple would be intersted to buy product from your affiliate link.

I just want to figure out why? When i know why, then i will know what i need to do about it.
Why you? Yes you! why you reader not going to my website and not submitting article right now? I just want opinion of everyone who is reading this post, because this is the only way to know why people not submit articles even if they can add affiliate links and earn?

And how much of that good writers already dont have blog or something like that? Try to reach those people who already got blog but dont have many visitors. It should have:
1) Smooth User Interface
2) Ability to make user accounts
3) each user's ability to make separate channel for their articles to post. For example, https://userchannel.yoursite.com
4) Just like blogger, each user's channel should have ability to monetize using Adsense.
5) Home page for showcasing best articles on your site day wise or week wise in trending category
6) Homepage should have some categories for showcasing articles like trending, new, archival, hot, editor's choice etc.
7) your site should also have some voting system that could allow people to assign those people who are willing to be official editor based on their quality of posts.
moderators for eleminating inappropriate contents to make sure your website remains clean.
9) When your userbase reach above 5M then you can add advertise within your website feature.
10) website should make its first impression as user-friendly! So that even a newbie could find it interesting and easier to understand!
11) And lastly a good reputation among people both user's and non-users.

And very important that it should be legally registered! People will find easier to trust your website!

And technically
Make sure it has ddos protection, HTTPS SSL encryption, and powerful server for accepting larger amount of client (user access) requests and maximum uptime.

300 unique visitors is a low amount of visitors. People will be interested in your blog/website when you will have from 5000 to 10000 unique visitors. Why don't you link your blog with Google Adsense if you have unique visitors everyday. This way you will get paid from google and if you can make it to 5000 unique visitors daily google pay you more.

There are many problems:
* people can't be sure of how much they'll earn (if at all)
* people first think if they can get scammed or not
* people around here would better work for a fixed pay than for something as uncertain as ads and ref links
* many are not as fluent in English as you'd like and writing a longer text (article) may not be so easy

The only solution I see is to give some pay per article and just maybe some % of the future revenue as bonus.
This could attract some articles until your visitor count reaches much bigger numbers.
