The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Your title is misleading, dude.

It can't. at least we must know if the people use bitcoin caused by the dollar value in bitcoin itself. And the role of the dollar makes bitcoin be stronger in the other country's currency.

Generally, there are always governments behind such technologies. For example, StuxNet

Countries might adopt the technology to invent a coin based upon their country.china is one amongst making faster growth in digital currency. We cannot expect the mirror image of bitcoin getting generated under any authority. Might get similar features but the usability differs.

I don't think it is operated by the government or any countries , if so why some countries implemented banning of it . And if ever it is under authority, I think it will absolutely be famous will be known by everyone. I think this is how technologies works and amazes us that we can create something based on our own and skill.

It is doubtful that Russia or China would have made something like Bitcoin, and given the circumstances of it all it is more likely that an American government agency would have created Bitcoin as opposed to somewhere like Russia or China.

Stuxnet was a unique type of malware, Bitcoin is something most governments don't want to deal with considering the consequences.

We cant confirm that unless it was proven. These 2 countries have the biigest technology in the world. They are powerhouse in term of technologies. But i doubt that Russia is the creator of bitcoin. In fact. Russian government have banned bitcoin recently. Not only bitcoin but also all cryptocurrencies. But they decided to adopt bitcoin lately. Theres no creator who dont patronize his own creation.

The inventor may or may not be from Russia or China. Bitcoin could be invented by any one from/and any country. It could even be the least technology-savvy country. He/she/they may also come from the future.

It looks like a technology backed up by a government. However it may be not. Public do not know, yet.

So sad! This profile does not appear as the #1 result (on anonymous) Google searches anymore.

Your thread is propaganda for Russia and China?

If it's created by governments you will definitely in the wrong place to get information.
It's waste of time to speculate on this.
No one knows.
Even if it's created by governments no one will come in this thread an publicise, you will read only posts from monkeys who do not know what they are talking about and other signature bots.
Learn to forget about past almost every payment in the future will be digital, there will be no dollars, rubles or other physical currencies.
There's nothing special about American currency, Russian or Chinese, you want to know how dominance looks?
Look at North Korea
Dominance is an thing of the past.
This is an era when people unite together.
We don't want wars we create european union to become brothers and sisters.
Now we have Bitcoin that unites us all together and focusing on a physical currencies is the same like riding on a horse to Paris, let's use a car.
You and your country is not special, humanity progress will show us the path.
I suggest you to lock this thread.

they are already doing it, but US dollar dominance is not built in a day, it is not that easy to be destroyed. In the end, it all depends on the economical strength. With Trump now, US economy will go up quickly so I don't see US dollar will go away any time soon.

Government may not be behind creation of bitcoin so i don't think there is any political agenda of russia or china. It has been created to give financial freedom to normal users like us, bitcoin is a gift to us by satoshi nakamoto which can be any group or individual.

Obviously not, because then it can also be a threat to their own currency, and if there was some kind of backdoor, I am sure developers looking into the code would have seen it. With no control, none of the governments would be a fan of this.

who cares, bitcoin is an open source currency that anybody around the world can use decentralized and secure.
and it is highly possible that it will never change anything in the world of fiat if it becomes big.

although no one can say it clearly that either bitcoin is created by Russian or Chinies, but one thing is clear that any government have no concern with bitcoin, because both the governments have shown no such interest in bitcoin. but may be a big company or corporation or a a group of people or may be a sing person has created bitcoin, either from China or Russia or may be from some where else and i think it is the beauty of bitcoin that still no one no about its creator and that is the reason that people are giving preference to use bitcoin.

It is quite unlikely for any government to create something that they won't benefit from. With the creation of bitcoin, decentralization was at the center of it. It was something that's created to act as an independent currency, free from any government interference. The governments may soon come up with other currencies also, but maybe just as a form of investment.

what is this? another one of conspiracy theories that we need to wear our tinfoil hats to read?
if Russia or China created bitcoin they would have been mining it from day one and never let the majority of hash power exit their country and certainly would never let other people in the world buy bitcoin and become whales.
like altcoins with premine and other scams to control the whole number of coins.

I dont think so. Even at first, china and Russia tried to  ban bitcoin, but when they realized that it could be only be banned if internet is banned, they dropped their idea. Now, they are keenly noticing the progress of bitcoin. In future, they might try to create their own digital currency adopting the techniques of bitcoin.

Op your title says one thing, your post says something else only. No the government doesnt control Bitcoin and Bitcoin without dollar how will you use it. I do hope btc is priced in dollars. There have been few attempts to create alt coins but they have failed, some countries have tried to implement the blockchain technology without understanding it was bitcoin that made the technology popular and not the technology. So stick to Bitcoins only nothing going to change it and no government can do anything about it.

the IMF is already reinventing money.
it wont be using bitcoin.

fiat and bitcoin dont and wont mix.
bitcoin should not let itself become fiat 2.0 either, otherwise no lessons are learned if bitcoin just turned into fiat2.0

the new IMF SDR arrangements which they added china to in october (causing the second UK <-> US decline of 2016 (first one related to brexit in june))

IMF are going with hyperledger. which then has sidechains for the national currencies to sub audit.
then those national sidechains,, sidechain off for banking treasury, insurance, commodities, stocks, shares, etc

like branching out like a tree.. but upside down (or an octopus with many more legs and many more suckers attached to those legs
with the IMF at the main branch/top of pyramid/brain of the octopus, being the main auditor/arbitrator of all the sidechains.

Stuxnet targeted industrial control systems that are being used to monitor and control large scale industrial facilities like power plants, dams, waste processing systems and similar operations. This was such a complicated worm, that most experts deemed this as a government sanctioned attack on specific countries. {In this case, Iran's Natanz nuclear facility}

The Bitcoin protocol is Open Source, so it would be very difficult to hide any malicious code for anything like this to happen.

Why do people like to come up with different conspiracy theories when it comes Bitcoin, it doesn't care where is now created because it is an open sourced project and is not been developed in isolation. What would China or Russia gained from an open sourced project.

If bitcoin was created by some nation then why they released the code of it publicly and made it decentralized?
This way their creation is out of their hands and they can't control it anymore.
Creation of something you can't control, use for your own good, exploit or sell doesn't have much sense.

if by create you mean adding and building their personal famr, well it could be they have the money to build a massive farm and compete with regular miners

this is another dangerous way for the government in the future, to control bitcoin, via network

now that i'm thinking about it, the government might take its tax income via fee with its mining activity if they ever want to go with that route

Can Russia or China done such a thing to erase the dominance of the dollar over the world?

Generally, there are always governments behind such technologies. For example, StuxNet

I guess so, they are one of the most powerful countries in the world and they are not even late with technology. They are also one of the most countries that can do whatever it takes to be dominant in everything. If they just want to create something new and with the same bitcoin technology, I know they can.

maybe they can some day, specially China with their large population and how they are all working hard making money and fucking the rest of the world's economy with their crappy products.

but I don't get how this is related to your subject about bitcoin.

My best bet will be China because they have the human capital to demonstrate their might and strength to the rest of the world hence if the speculation about who created Bitcoin is to be determined between China and Russia my best bet will be China.

I don't know if I am the one is wrong about on this question. Isn't the quoted statement in the above is misleading. I think there is no basis why ?Russia or China created bitcoin. this is not right topic in this thread. Or this might give others confusion about in bitcoin. we know bitcoin is anonymous and decentralized and very easy to set up.

We all heard that Satoshi Nakamoto created bitcoin's model. But this person is mysterious, nobody saw him in face and he easily appear as some fake. So the question who exactly created bitcoin stays open till today.

I don't beleive that these countries were part of Bitcoin creation? And what about Satoshi, hasn't he created it?  But no matter to that Bitcoin is not private property in general sense, it belongs to everyone who wants to use it so no one can't say that Bitcoin belongs only to one person or one nation in the world and that is the beauty of Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is already created and I don't think someone else can affect the origin of bitcoin (even though it is not known) but I think it's made by U.S or by china (I assume Satoshi Nakamoto is from there)

Anyway who created bitcoin is not much important as it is the adoption and who uses bitcoin, this is more important, and then this affects the price of bitcoin.

I think the OP meant if bitcoin could be created in Russia or China. We know that China is #1 in mining in the world, whereas Russia is famous for good quality videos about bitcoin. Moreover, there are many Russians in online btc casinos which can be seen from the chats and this means that they have and use btc. All this means that it is quite probable bitcoin was created by Russian or Chinese guys as we see that the countries are interested in having and promoting it.

Yeah that's what op  meant. And I think that China can create a bitcoin as we know they are one of the best country for reverse engineering.

So if they can create things for imitation and I know that they can also create a bitcoin like crypto currency or coin.

They are masters of creation in this world but for reversing its process.

the main question is whether those countries be able to make such thing like bitcoin and actually the answer is yes. and the interest which had shown by both russian and chinese towards bitcoin have nothing to do to where the creator of bitcoin comes from, that's just nonsense

Has bitcoin really challenged the US dollar dominance? No not yet atleast as most of international trade is still done in $.
Bitcoin adoption by individuals will never challenge dollar dominance unless it is adopted on government level.

Russia and China as well as other countries can replace the dollar currency if there will be financial collapse in the United States. Another thing is for China and Russia to join hands and bombard America with Nuclear bombs then the dollar currency will lost its value when that happens. But instead of thinking of such negative things let us just wait for the natural movement of the economy to dictate who will be the next universal currency.

Same as bitcoin China or Russia won't develop a new coin, because every country has varied needs and varied economic strategies. China's own Blockchain based trial coin by Peoples Bank of China with several other banks of the country has been tested successfully. Soon can expect the fiat in digital form. Russia too adopts technology rather than the coin.

Stuxnet ha? that only delayed the inevitable and also went back to bite them in the a*s Smiley If those 2 countries nuke USA there will be nothing left to have an economy for. both of them are free to mine bitcoin but we can only have one bitcoin not many.
On top or under you can get scr**ed regardless, dollar be the dominant paper money or something else it's all the same.

Replicating Bitcoin is a very difficult thing to do. Most altcoins have been trying to do this for years, and none of them succeeded in doing so. Even currencies that developers consider to be superior, such as ZCash, have had a poor market performance in the early months. In fact, it managed to be the first cryptocurrency to be worth more than one Bitcoin, but the performance that the currency had in the market after that was very bad, and many investors lost money in that.

I remember that time and been watching it, too bad for the investors who lose there money, they did not realize that bitcoin has gone so many ups and downs, hence it should be the most and valuable currency in the crypto world. Whatever altcoins may come up, it will only make bitcoin more valuable and the popularity will be credited to bitcoin as it's origin.

we can wondering that bitcoin maybe created by rusia or china because they have the technology and they have capability to created this. but we never know about this and we don't know what is the potential of rusia and china could do that, i am sure that china is really potential because in china we can found new technology and we know that hardware mining in china is the newest than the other country.

I think there is no need to replicate Bitcoin when everything is going well. It wont be any worth. Have anyone tried to replicate USD or EURO ? Then why we people think such things about bitcoin. Bitcoin is a currency and should be treated like a currency.

The inventor may or may not be from Russia or China. Bitcoin could be invented by any one from/and any country. It could even be the least technology-savvy country. He/she/they may also come from the future.

It looks like a technology backed up by a government. However it may be not. Public do not know, yet.

The bitcoin system may have been created by a state. When we look at the bitcoin system, we see that it requires expertise in more than one subject.
StuxNet is a good example of this. This malicious software can not be developed by a single person. The same applies to the bitcoin system.

Stuxnet targeted industrial control systems that are being used to monitor and control large scale industrial facilities like power plants, dams, waste processing systems and similar operations. This was such a complicated worm, that most experts deemed this as a government sanctioned attack on specific countries. {In this case, Iran's Natanz nuclear facility}

The Bitcoin protocol is Open Source, so it would be very difficult to hide any malicious code for anything like this to happen.

It would not be right to look at it just as malware.
Yes Bitcoin is open source software. But it brings some innovations as a revolution. He's building a system.

You mean creation of a replica? The chances are low when it comes to the overnment creating it and people supporting it . If they made a replica of bitcoin its just another altcoin years have passed and not a single altcoin claimed the chair of number 1 . People will surely go to bitcoin cause most are afraid that it will get manipulated by the government .

But if you mean if a state can manipulate bitcoin, Of course they can but the main question is why would they do that and is the method worth it? In order to do that they will need a large amount of money and other process like making people understand it and dealing with its risks .

These countries or any other country can do this anyway. They have smart employees working for them and they have money to raise a nice project to create a new crypto currency, an alt coin, I don't doubt this and I don't doubt it can be succesful if they fix the issues bitcoin has now.
And with the marketing machine, the media, on their hands they can make population start using it fast and in big amounts, but this will happen only when it will be interesting for them, I think not now.

Can Russia or China done such a thing to erase the dominance of the dollar over the world?

Generally, there are always governments behind such technologies. For example, StuxNet

We can't completely write off the idea of Bitcoin having been developed by some secret service, but it is unlikely that it was designed by either of the said countries since the US dollar is by far more stable than the Russian Ruble or the Chinese Yuan. Basically, it pretty much means that Bitcoin is going to hit these currencies in the first place since it doesn't know borders or distinguish between currencies and countries. In other words, the dollar will be the last to fall

Somehow, the idea of Trump being appointed to blow up America from inside looks much more plausible to me

So where is this dollar crippling made in china or RU bitcoin? I can't seem to find it anywhere in exchanges, a marketcap of $16B is like a snack money for US economy Smiley you need to talk about trillions if considering to destroy dollar but why would they do that? are you that much of a naive person to think those 3 countries are truly enemies? dude they can't survive without one another.
There's not meaning $(USD) but purpose, could be russian or china made new a cryptocurrency which could be recognized and used in use around the world like bitcoins. In fact those state controls many bitcoin.
in fact no one know the fact about bitcoin that who  created it, my be China or Russia may be not, may it it is created by USA but no one still know the real founder of Bitcoin. either it is created by a single person or by a group of people, or even a state is involve in creating bitcoin, although some people are trusting that bitcoin is created by China because the more users of bitcoin are from China but in fact no one know that reality about that.

Can we stop using StuxNet as example that software or technology can be used to fight against other nations?
It can be done, it was done before and will be in the future - but bitcoin is not some computer virus which will disrupt one special target - BTC won't help one nation.

If they were smart enough they would just use the current technology and create their own countries coin and distribute it over the blockchain. That would take them less resources and time to do that instead of trying to create or replace the current technology related to economics.

China simply could first assess the full potential and it turned out that today they affect Bitcoin as anyone else, but they created it not a fact. I believe that it was not one person but a group of people, whoever it was, he is a genius of our time.

Based on the topic op created, its not impossible for countries mentioned to create thier own crypto currency because I am viewing from the position that if they can find away around bitcoin in tracing source and the likes and the citizens are bent on using crypto currency then they will be left with no choice than to create one that will satisfy their need as well as the citizens.

Even though there are many theories claiming XYZ person or organisation or government is behind the bitcoin I think no one is in a position to prove it yet. Bitcoin has grown from a $0 to $1,000 in just 7 years (twice) so people around the world have staked their money in it. It is possible that any country might reveal the intention after 10 or so years. No one knows the future.

Its not impossible for countries to create their own alts and I am sure research would have been going in other to make that a reality because that is the only viable means to stop the spread the popularity of bitcoin no matter how they try, the world is changing towards crypto currency and any government that does not want to be seen archaic needs to move in that direction and makes such facilities available for its citizens.

And even if it is a government, even evil government, it's all open source, and decentralised, so no-one can still your bitcoins.
To do this they need to create consensus on the blockchain, and as long as a lot of people using it they won't succeed in that.

What's commom cause between xyz domain name creator and bitcoin? I believe satoshi wasn't from russia and who knows if that person isn't piece of tale. Also another factor is that russia likes manipulating but in another side, once they weren't accepting bitcoin and also they aren't known in bitcoin mining.
Also one thing is wrong here, bitcoin reached 1000$ usd not in 7 but in 2-3 year.

Wow! it could happened :O i mean both are powerful countries and bitcoin is popular now its a easy money and you can even use bitcoin to pay your tax maybe that would happened my friend that erase the dollar and the bitcoin will reign supreme in this world if that happens well we really be able to easily pay our tax and easy way to pay grosseries Cheesy but really bitcoin will be all over the world and the past bitcoin user will be rich Cheesy by the time being we must store our bitcoin Cheesy in the future it will be a higher price Cheesy

Yes both of that country(Russia and China) is a government that is powerful. Even though what country created bitcoin as long as it was created. I don't think so bitcoin would replace another currency (e.g., dollar), yes bitcoin now is more famous, easy and convenient to use especially in doing some transactions but it doesn't mean it would replace the other currency currently we're using. Well bitcoin is another way or another currency in the past, in the present and in the future.

It wont be a surprise if some of those countries does come with their own crypto currencie, in fact China has hired some people to start those project i dont know how is the progress but expect a new altcoin coming with a lot power from those countries, they should offer something for the holders of their coin, because it wouldnt make any sense you buy something that wont give you nothing and you know a country will manipulate and control it.

Actually the topic title does really misleading at all connected to the content or description on OP. Bitcoin isnt being invented by those countries and if they would create one i dont think it would be succesful like bitcoin but basing on their superiority i think its possible but in a different way.

I don't think it's possible. Just look at their positions towards bitcoin. It causes them more troubles... Why would they be undermining themselves?

Of course they can create it, but I do not think they will bother invest money in time for what is still a little toy. Saudi Arabia could plundge Bitcoin forever with just what it earns in one day !

Can Russia or China done such a thing to erase the dominance of the dollar over the world?

Generally, there are always governments behind such technologies. For example, StuxNet
It is not a technology created by any country to shut any dominant country ,bitcoin is created by a genius to have more control by the investors to their own assets and not the other way round and its sole purpose is to have complete authority over you wealth and that is what bitcoin is all about.

Well actually aside from possibility, it is easier for a country to create their own blockchain based currency.  The have the resources and the money.  Aside from that they also have talented people that can study how blockchain works. And they can even create an instant economy for that own altcoin.

First of all please post the appropriate title next time and second it is basically not possible for china and russia to erase dollars or bitcoins.
Reason for dollars is we all saw why us did in iraq after they decided to accept gold as a payment for purchasing oil and also killed gadafi when he decided to start a gold currency. And technically if they even don't accept dollars it won't make any sort of difference.
While in the case of bitcoin no again as they can ban mining or exchanges in their country but they can't erase bitcoins.

I think the question is quite misleading in such a way that it suggests an answer to us advertisers. Nonetheless, to answer your question, there has been no definite research as to who created Bitcoin. The identity of the persona revealed remains to be anonymous as of writing. Others are merely speculating, to say the least.

Going back to the point, I think you could say that the creation of Bitcoin is a strategy to combat the existence of other currencies, being that its core existence mainly dwelt onto the loopholes of the common banking industry worldwide. But it is still unfair to rationalize the way you constructed your question, unless proven otherwise.

yes possibilities are always there because no one know that who are the real creator of bitcoin, so the creator can be from my own country also. but i think it is not mandatory to know about the creator of bitcoin because now he has nothing to do with it. now everyone is the owner of bitcoin who are holding it.

Thats a possibility that either of this countries would like to create the semi deflationary currency. Both of those countries are possitive towards gold and negative towards the usd.

China in my opinion is highly more likely to create bitcoin. Before you say that there could be no contendor to the USA high tech supremacy, I would like to point out that the USA has the supremacy only because of the financial supremacy. The education in that country is far inferior to the postsoviet education. Thats a fact. Many experts and many books states that fact. USA universities are full of imigrants, many of them are chineese and postsoviet are very inteligent and educated people. Some of them are staying in the USA some of them are going back to their countries of origin.

In my opinion the developers of bitcoin most likely are chineese that saw the corruption and injustice of american banking system and decided to do something about it. Chineese hackers that are working for government are known to be one of the best if not best in the world.

Another trace that might lead to China is that the Chineese are using bitcoin to get gold trading with the US.

Something same as bitcoin will get implemented as Countries make plans to make their own digital currency. Already dollar value keeps on falling, so those Countries doesn't need to make plans to further decrease it's value. Decentralized nature is the true nature which won't be easily made by a government authorized digital tokens.

I agree with this. If Russia or China created bitcoin they would be already showting about that from the rooftops. No need to keep in secret such great achievement if you've done it.

Bitcoin was created not by special services, but by a group of programmers. And it could be people from any country. These people were not governmental, so bitcoin is not recognized at the legal level in many countries

It will be, sooner or later, I'm sure. Some governments are accepting bitcoin already, like Switzerland, Japan, and Australia will be the next most likely.

But maybe it wasn't "a group of programmers" who created bitcoin. Maybe it was one person.

Bitcoin made by satosi, I think anyone can make a bitcoin, things that make exceptional bitcoin is due to be the first, if not surely make ICO bitcoin is not easy to compete with the other coins.

^ what rich said. There's a latin term that is used a lot in criminal law regarding motive when there is a primary/clear benefactor in a will or through the commission of a crime. It's also ironically used in a lot of conspiracy theories (some of which I'm not doubting and have valid points but this concept alone is still not enough to convict under a court of law, I believe it's   simply used as grounds to indict (and as the legal saying goes, you can indict a ham sandwich: meaning very low burden of proof is needed for even an indictment under a grand jury).

Qui Bono simply means in legal jargon, i.e: latin:"Who benefits" and is used in such cases regarding clear beneficiaries, crime and motive in that in most cases the person who has most to gain in the commission of a crime, such as murder, and where there is clear written proof of a singular benefactor, said benefactor is always "suspect number 1" and heavy scrutiny must be placed on such an individual because of motive alone.

Thus hearing all these wingnuts talk about how the Chinese made bitcoin for xyz or Russia did for xyz or the NSA did for xyz clearly don't even understand the simplest workings of bitcoin. It's design itself should say something about who benefits the most, EVERYONE, the public. Since it's decentralized and the fact that there has been no clear market manipulation of the currency with no clear winner or loser as least in terms of corporations or governments should tell you something right there. Also the fact that all transactions are of the public record via blockchain and the currency is actually undercutting other ACTUAL WORLD RESERVE CURRENCIES should say a lot about the legitimate and honest intent of the designer and his desire for transparency in the blockchain and the fact that it's clearly open-source and is still being worked on in terms of it's kinks.

Being an international currency is required to have a lot of money because it will be used worldwide. Then on the next point should also be able to maintain the world's trust in the money. By weighing this requirement, surely the owner of international currency must be a strong country. Not only strong economic but also strongly political security of the country.
This can be exemplified as for example the state-owned Iraqi dinar currency. Although the currency is quite strong, but the state is unstable because of the war. This causes the dinar to be used as an international currency, the countries that own and store the dinar will feel anxiety if the country is destroyed. And once the country is automatically destroyed the country will be poor and its currency will fall down. Anyone who keeps the foreign currency, especially in the long run will definitely think about this. They do not want to lose. Hence chosen US Dollar which became the international currency because the United States is predicted to be stable in the long term.
Judging from the current Yuan that has decreased the value of the currency then it is not possible that the benchmark is yuan

You can create a crypto currency, but the most important thing is to make sure that it is recognized by people, and it will be very difficult to do. Who wants to invest in Russian currency? Even Russians prefer to keep their savings in rubles and in dollars and euros.

First of all, I would not compare Russia with China. The fact is that China almost originally became oil holders of crypto currency and holder of a large number of Bitcoin. At the same time, Russia did not do this, and even carried out such laws that have the purpose to punish those users who use crypto currency.

Can Russia or China done such a thing to erase the dominance of the dollar over the world?

Generally, there are always governments behind such technologies. For example, StuxNet

This is just a conspiracy theory. There's zero evidence that Bitcoin was created by some government, the idea of replacing USD is extremely longshot, and since they don't control Bitcoin, it's not very beneficial for them if they don't control Bitcoin. If it was really created by some government, they would openly or secretly support it in order to make it universal currency, but we don't see it happening to any degree. Satoshi created Bitcoin as response to 2008 financial crisis, as a move to cut the influence of banks from our economy, and I find this explanation much more reasonable than some conspiracy theories.

That is something that may never be known, I mean like those cases that never resolve, people talk about them even for many years, and new theories begin to emerge from here and there, for example someday  somebody could surely say that  maybe BTC was invented by the aliens, etc.

Actually, no.

The Chinese has been very keen holders of bitcoin but the Chinese government has been actively opposing bitcoin and bitcoin exchanges. They have essentially blocked off all outflow of bitcoin from major chinese exchanges such as OKcoin, Huobi etc.

If China nad Russia wants to have their own version of bitcoin, then they could simply fork from the original bitcoin. However, whether anyone uses it is another issue. It seems like though that both are very interested in implementing their own blockchain. So not exactly bitcoin, but just their own cryptocurrency that they can still have control over. Not that i see much point in this since it's going to be the same as fiat anyways.

Yeah China coming out with bitcoin what a joke. They were smart enough to invest in bitcoin and they made the mining hub of the world, they took the risk and they are reaping the profit, other than that it is originated from a common wealth country according to the language the author used in the white paper.

That is something that may never be known, I mean like those cases that never resolve, people talk about them even for many years, and new theories begin to emerge from here and there, for example someday  somebody could surely say that  maybe BTC was invented by the aliens, etc

I agree that we may never know

But, ultimately, after years pass by, many things become known as they really had happened since some info leaks inevitably as well as people start talking when they feel that the Great Reaper is coming to them. Many confidential documents are declassified after some years and finally make it into public knowledge. So there is still a chance that we may eventually find out the truth about Bitcoin creation and who (or what) was behind it

Theoretically and practically yes, but this will finally depend on the other countries if they will accept the by Russia or China introduced currency. It will then furthermore depend on the reaction of the US, if they will simply accept this or try to put the renegade under pressure.

I think, not only China and Russia are connected with Bitcoin directly but also some big fish are got involved in this platform...like USA, Japan and Australia are also engaged to Bitcoin, but no government is not being engaged in Bitcoin for sure...

What's with the subject/title? It is not cohesive to your specific point.

No they cannot. Dollar is a very strong currency and it is the dominant currency in the whole world (I think). And if ever they have some plans about making the dominance of dollar be erased, I believe the the United States will not be silent about this. US will surely make some moves to interfere and impede their plan. Even to trigger a war if they have to, they will do it just to sustain the dominance of their currency.

Bitcoin is engaged in secret government services. But we will never know for sure what is happening in the world. I am sure that the countries - giants have long developed a strategy for the cryptocurrency

yes these countries are taking interest in bitcoin. Japan has already declare bitcoin as legal currency, and now the other countries are also going to turn it as legal, i think they have the pressure of their users, or may be they have their own interest in it, and therefore they are accepting bitcoin as legal. may be other countries when they will also realize the importance of bitcoin will also start thinking about to accept bitcoin as legal currency.

Whether china and russia can create bitcoin, because it will also threaten their own currency and if there is some kind of backdoor. May have to think again if you want to create bitcoin.

If they did then they really miscalculated the effect of this technology which by the way would not have been something new, but I think the most likely scenario is they did not have anything to do with it since they will probably be able to find ways to do that without requiring the use of a new and unproven technology like bitcoin.

Bitcoin is a threat to the Russian economy, but Putin is in trouble with investments and so ready to make investments even in bitcoin. It will not save him. China has long been seeking an alternative to the dollar and perhaps using bitcoin will try to weaken the dollar, but I doubt that these countries could be related to the consciousness of bitcoin.

China and Russia won't show interest into generating such a alternate bitcoin. Russia is clear in its stand that it has made plans to use blockchain technology for their financial system and not to generate a new bitcoin. Even if Countries generate we cannot mention it a bitcoin, because the centralized functioning will take away various goodness our bitcoin holds.

I don't think so. Because both these nations have stood against Bitcoin from the very beginning. The authorities in both these nations have harassed Bitcoin users and have forced Bitcoin-based ventures such as exchanges to close down.

That is basically impossible.  It would simply be a fork and only one would survive.  They can make their own coin, like the myriad of others, but if the clone was exact, especially at the merkle, it would end up being a fork and with that much time offset and the rest, it would never survive the consensus.

One of the networkers around here tried to "raise" a little baby Bitcoin fork in a completely isolated network of ten computers and it never integrated and never even dented the original blockchain.  The great thing is that since Bitcoin is so established there is virtually nothing that can be done to force a consensus with a new coin without the community being behind it.

Even though Russia and China is one of the biggest countries in the world and have a good economic reputation and above average technology, they can't still make bitcoin or the copy of bitcoin because bitcoin has its own name and concept and if they will copy bitcoin just like the original then it will not a good coin because they will get a lot of haters and i think the only thing that they can do is to make their own version of cryptocurrency.

Nothing is impossible, as difficult as any course can be carried out if serious, we all know that Russia and China are the country's largest users of cryptocurrency, and it seemed easy for China and Russia to create a bitcoin.

I think it is impossible, even if a country as large as Russia and China creates something like bitcoin, tell me what will happen when bitcoin is governed by the government, the bitcoin that is supposed to be independent is not bound by anything, I think it would be very difficult if Managed by the state, because it will cause new problems that will arise in the future

There is no amount of power that can match the mining out there now and no amount of force that can be applied that will tip the battle in the new forks favor.

Nothing is impossible, as difficult as any course can be carried out if serious, we all know that Russia and China are the country's largest users of cryptocurrency, and it seemed easy for China and Russia to create a bitcoin.
Easy to create bitcoin? Something like bitcoin has been in the works at least since the eighties and satoshi was the first to be able to solve the puzzle completely, how can a problem be considered easy when it took almost 30 years for someone to solved it for the first time, after satoshi many have created their own cryptos, but if it was not for satoshi we don’t know how long it could have taken.

They need to create a blockchain consensus, and as long as a lot of people use it, they will not succeed in it. Another factor is russia likes to manipulate but in another respect, once they do not accept bitcoin and they also do not know bitcoin mining. And there is no country why some countries claim they are the creators of bitcoin .. thank you

Haha never heared anything like that before! For sure it was Maveodi (organizator of the biggest ponzi pyramid in Russia). I'm kidding  Cheesy I am a supporter of the theory that under name of Satoshi Nakomoto is hiding a group of programmers who created bitcoin.

China and Russia are big country that can make any, but for bitcoin technology i think they will not be able to because bitcoin is very unique and full of high algorithm, maybe they will imitate but will not be 100% same with bitcoin.
