The bug in BFL's 28nm transfer system, what can I do now? I need some help..

My order# is 100016816, I attempted to transfer this 8 SCs' order (which costs $10568) to 2 28nm Mining Cards (which costs $9360) , and the Grand Total shows $-1180.00.

When I press the 'BITCOIN' button, it shows 'Error: Error creating bit-pay invoice. Please try again or use another payment option.'

I made this transfer on 8/18， and send an E-mail to office@butterflylabs.com immediately. 3 days later, there's still no reply to me,and my order status still shows 'Upgrade Pending'.
What can I do now? I need some help..

It sounds quite simple.

It is probably impossible to create a bitpay invoice for a negative amount.


So you have 3 options:
1) Add a third monarch card and pay them ~4k USD (what they want)
2) Get a refund. (if possible)
3) Send another email.

Uh,you can only tradeup 1 current order (or unit) for 1 Monarch.Not several orders (nor several units) to make up the total or close to it...............

They want money,so do 1 order (1 unit) + BTC for each Monarch you want & you'll be on the hook for,oh I'd say ANOTHER YEAR
