It’s true that success is not a day's work and Rome of-course was not built in a day but everyone is expected to have attained a level of success by 10 years, 20 years and even by 40 years.
I take a look at 10 things every man should have achieved by age of 30.

.....Be Matured - Maturity is not an age thing, but if by 30 years, a guy isn't matured; then he's on his way to multiple failures on all front.
.....Be in a serious relationship
.....Be Educated (formal or informal)
.....Have a Home of his own (rented, brought or built)
.....Have a paying job or business
.....Be responsible - He should be responsible and live a responsible lifestyle
.....Be Independent
.....Have a set goal - He should by this age, have a set and defined goal, a picture of where he wants to be in the nearest future
.....Learn to Drive a car
.....Have a saving - He should have a saving plan, for the future, his family and a retirement plan.
This is my own set of idea .let us share  our ideas together

I also believe everyone is different , so our ideals may not match. But you should live a life of abundance , and remember that what you give to the universe will be given back to you... You reap what you sow.

I treat women like children because it's the best way (North American women anyways) Of course this is a Red pill topic so i won't get too deep into this.

8. Is faithful (if married, if still single and has girlfriend, should be a one woman-man).
9. Is matured enough to handle things and pressure.

I'd say:
- finish some form of education (trust me, a college or university changes you even if you drop off)
- man up, laterally, be a man, do man stuff, take decisions, be responsible
- have decent a source of income
- live by himself (no living with brothers, his parents and so on)
- have something accomplished, this is different to each and everyone but one should have already accomplished smth important to him by this time
- be in a good shape, this might sound weird but if you let yourself go by 30, after it will be even harder to recover
- develop a set of values and follow them
- be independent
- be able to change both himself and his ways of seeing and doing things
- learn to admit failure and accept defeat in order to be able to evolve.
