Hi,

Why would anyone start mining for PiCoin with a GPU and get 5-10 Coins /day if from Airdrops he will get MUCH MORE without any effort in POW?

hi miners,
pool works great!!!!
if you have problem to configure your miner please sent me a PM

enjoy :-)

have a nice day  Cheesy

http://pi.8pool.dtdns.net

pool not working  Sad

pool working and stable!
you've probably tried to access precisely the moment when I restarted the apache server.
try now.
for mining remeber to set in sgminer
Code:
--difficulty-multiplier 0.00001
config example:

Code:
sgminer.exe -k marucoin-mod -o stratum+tcp://stratum-pi.8pool.dtdns.net:3336 -u yourworker.id -p workpass -I 18 -g 2 -w 256 --thread-concurrency 8192 --no-submit-stale --difficulty-multiplier 0.00001

with new stratum increases your mining hashrate >20% !!!

tested on my ati hd7950

enjoy :-)

my miner baikal not Graphic card  Cool
seriously...mining pi coin without graphic card is not profitable. buy PI then start your POS wallet.

is best profitable than Graphiccard , my miner hash power 150MH/s only 40W one miner

hi,
what software miner you use for this asic (this is raspberry?) ?
i m gladly to solve your trouble for pi coin 8pool.

for ALL miners:
please send me a feedback about new stratum.
i don't understand yours perplexities...

thx

Yesterday I started mining with a Baikal on http://www.l8nit3-miners.com and expect about 400 PI for 24 hours.
It's stable with the old firmware - I think version 0.4.9. The new firmware 0.5.0 seems to be unstable.
The Baikal is out of stock at the moment, but they promise news this month.

hi guys,
this the finally settings for PI coin 8pool:

GPU ATI/NVIDIA best performance miners (increase your hashrate up to 30%):

Code:
port: 3336
sgminer and ccminer supported
sgminer add
Code:
--difficulty-multiplier 0.00001
ccminer add
Code:
--diff 0.00001

ASIC/CPU/GPU (all):

Code:
port: 3335

support sgminer, ccminer or whatever miner you want. not special settings.

this is the config stratum common for all:

Code:
... -o stratum+tcp://stratum-pi.8pool.dtdns.net:[port] ...

Please tell me to get for signature and airdrop you want to connect to the pool or the accrual will be automatic?

In order to receive free PI you musst have an active PI signature running and musst be on the shareholderlist. Payouts are currently (because we are doing it by hand right now) on wednesday, always one week after launchdate which was last week on wednesday.
I have inbox my address to you Wink... Maybe lastweek i missed my receive first airdrop...
I put my address again:

my miner baikal not Graphic card  Cool
seriously...mining pi coin without graphic card is not profitable. buy PI then start your POS wallet.
is best profitable than Graphiccard , my miner hash power 150MH/s only 40W one miner

That is an asic miner with it's own mining software/interface...

More details http://www.baikalminer.com/

ah ok i see..
in a few hours i start a stratum for this.
stay tuned.
ok!
Interesting device! Had not seen any reference pointing at this from inside the bitcoin wiki, they feature some ASIC overview page but seemingly not even listing scrypt based ones.
Have to point out ANN first page does not mention X13 needed.

Any numbers about daily payouts vs. investment cost and electricity?

Do any exchanges currently support picoin? Also how often is the signature campaign updated? Also what is the largest mining pool? It seems like the ones posted account for a small amount of the network.
