Hi fellow Noobie inhabitants!

I'm looking for a ballpark estimation here.

I run a niche multi-vendor auction/marketplace site, but I'm intent on introducing Bitcoin as a means of payment between buyer and seller, however I doubt many buyers would take up that option without an escrow service.

(an example of a site currently running this set-up would be bitmit.net. Some relevant code may be available here https://github.com/kangasbros/django-bitcoin )
I posted a job request on Odesk regarding this, but most of the applicants seemed to think BTC was essentially a Paypal alternative.  Grin

My question is how much do you guys reckon it would cost, roughly, to hire a developer to implement such a solution?

Cheers!
