How will it compete, there is no negative output with the listing of TRST at liqui, in fact it will only increase the market awareness.
Liqui is just new compared to bittrex but they are getting volume because good tokens like EDG and VSL were also listed there.

I suggest You fill out Poloniex Coin Request Form here: https://m.poloniex.com/coinRequest If Poloniex seems that the demand for TRST to be listed on their exchange is high, They'll definitely list it. Just so you know, Poloniex will be Delisting several coins in May. Hopefully TRST would make the list of new coins to be added.

I think even the developer has a plan or want their token listed in poloniex it's not easy, poloniex have their rule and quite hard to get listed in Poloniex because the review all token for get listed.
