Corporate Integrity and Accountability in the Bitcoin Economy

I've just started a thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=177317.0 about the recent alleged Instawallet "hack", and Paymium's ongoing refusal to provide a police report file number, after they stated they had in fact filed one.

It's a serious issue of integrity related to a major playor in the Bitcoin economy and I invite comments please.
