I have a big problem.... Looking at the Humaniq campaign spreadsheet i see an ethereum address next to my name, but that address is not mine!
I didn't receive any pm asking for address, so i don't know where that address came from.

Its belong to form that you need to filed up before you can able to join are you really sure that address is not belong to you? the managers need to know it so they can fixed it.
