I havent check the game due my internet is getting low connection, OP this social game like second life? and I will lose my bet when the game stop automatically?

It's not an RPG like Second Life.

Unlike in a dice game, for example, all players take part in the same game. Chat is fairly integral to the experience, too. Those are the primary reasons for calling it "social".

What is the different between flinch.io and bustabit? Dont really think that both of them have really much difference. Only some ui difference. And how much multiplier that we can get here? afaik bustabit ever hit hundreds or even thousand. Although your site has max profit 400k bits, does not mean that your site can go with high multiplier right?

I do not want to criticize, but a maximum bet of 40,000 bit with a bankroll of 450,000 bit is not dangerous for the owner?
Anyway, good job with the website. Good luck, I wish you success.

RHavar is right on the money. We use the Kelly criterion to determine the maximum risk to take on, so at any point in time the bankroll is at least 100x the maximum profit.

Yes, it makes more sense now. Alright, good luck.

What is the different between flinch.io and bustabit? Dont really think that both of them have really much difference. Only some ui difference.

The biggest fundamental difference is that flinch.io forgoes a bonus system and does not have instant busts at 0.00x. This means a better expected value for players that don't regularly receive bonuses. On the other hand it also means that EV+ wagers are not possible. However, in our experience most players appreciate the game for its player-vs-house aspect more than its player-vs-player aspect.

And how much multiplier that we can get here? afaik bustabit ever hit hundreds or even thousand. Although your site has max profit 400k bits, does not mean that your site can go with high multiplier right?

The largest possible multiplier on flinch.io is 69,665,056,735,887.36x. For all practical purposes that means the maximum profit is limited only by the size of the bankroll. The game cashes everyone out if players were to win more than the profit limit (1 % of the bankroll) in a single round.

Thanks! bustabit undeniably inspired flinch.io. That being said, I want to stress that flinch.io is developed independently from bustabit and doesn't share any of its source code.

flinch.io now has a faucet!

Players can request bits from the faucet every minute, starting at 50 bits. Only players with less than a bit in their account can claim from the faucet and faucet players cannot cash out after 10.00x. Otherwise there are no restrictions or limitations.

Up until now I've only made performance and stability upgrades to the back end. In the following weeks I'll be concentrating on improving the UI and fixing a number of front end bugs–mainly in Firefox, Internet Explorer and Edge–before adding additional features.

At this time I don't plan to promote the site beyond regularly updating this thread. Before I put more effort–and money–into promoting the site, I want to add a few must-have features and polish everything some more.

Got your msg and had a look at your site. With faucet feature it's more wonderful and easy to try your site. Just be careful of faucet abusers.

yep, looks like a version of bustabit with a faucet
its fun to play and looks cool, too
I like that the owner answers questions in chat
by the way I found a typo or a very ambiguous line about the wagering requirements for withdrawal

It's not ambiguous in my opinion. It just means that you can't play at a multiplier of 10x or higher with the faucet funds, probably do avoid getting people that claim the faucet, go for a large multiplier, and keep repeating until they finally win.

I'm surprised that you are offering a 50 bit faucet. Seems like it can be abused too easily. Is it going to be permanent or is it just a promotional thing?

oh,right,my bad
I thought it was something like a casino wagered system, where you have to wager x times the amount of the bonus recieived
so I was confused about 10x and later in one sentence
now it makes sense
as for the 50 bit faucet-it decreases each time you claim it,at least mine is 43 now

Ideally I would like to permanently keep the faucet in its current form, but I also share your concerns about abuse. For now I intend to keep it as-is and see how it goes. If its abuse protections turn out to be not good enough I'll consider changing how much it pays out.

as for the 50 bit faucet-it decreases each time you claim it,at least mine is 43 now

That's right, the payout depends on the number of previous claims. If a player were to keep claiming from the faucet, eventually the payout would reach a single bit. You'd have to make over a hundred claims for that to happen, though. Tongue

Many games' faucets only pay out enough to play once or twice before having to claim again, which can be frustrating. Our goal is to provide a decent amount of bits to new players so they can take their time trying out the game while also allowing returning players to play for free with a small amount if they want to. Hopefully our solution manages a good compromise between the two.
