Gambling and Superstition

Its weird but i believe in superstision especially if i gamble in a land base casino or playing online. I always rely in my horoscope if im going to win if i gamble this day and i followed the lucky numbers, colors and even bought a lucky charm recommended for me. However i know that it has nothing to do with your faith whatever your business is but believing in superstition doesnt bad at all.

It is really fun when you gamble with some ritual rather than straight to play it .
I do believe that it gives you a lot of fun but i do not believe it could make you win or something like that.
As long as that superstition makes you comfortable , noone have rights to stop you doing that.

And let me add on that, as long as while you are exercising your rights, you have not transgressed on the rights of others, there is no stopping you from believing and putting into actions all those superstitions. There are people who laboriously rely on superstitions when gambling and they may say it caused their winnings. But you know what, sometimes you create your own luck. It is not totally because of the superstitions you shovelled yourself into. Just so to be fair on all sides, to each his own.   

Superstitions help people to gain more confident , since they believe on such a winning factor caused by anything you do.
They will always thinking positively , and at least with that way it has a little bit influence into the way you making bet , it might make you cooler and patient.
You might get lost at some point but with the superstitious action you have you won't get rushed to make a madness bet.

Sometimes what we think is wrong and being superstitious does not really affect our winning chance in gambling.
We can always have fun with being  superstitious but in the end we will still belong to the losers, what is even worst is when we keep doing what we believe will give us a win when it's pretty obvious that we will not win against a house edge.

Yep, it's too good to predict somehow that when we bet this amount we could get that amount, it's easy to convince ourselves but not the game,sometimes or most often it didn't come to a point we want it to be, so when we already make sure to enjoy it,it will not happen everday.

That's true but behind the supersttitions there is a priceless entertainment you know.
You will never find that kind fun anywhere else , but with superstitions people feel the thrill in gambling more than just do a random bet.
Actually there's always a pros and cons and if you take a look to that you won't see any bad things caused. So that's just fine.

Maybe it was just not your lucky day. I'm not actually into gambling, I just gamble whenever I'd like to. I actually heard a lot of superstitious beliefs when you gamble just like my friend who really believe in superstitions. He has done a ritual before he gambled and I find it really weird. And I guess a lot of gamblers were very superstitious. They will do everything to improve their chances of winnings.

Regarding to your lucky charm, (well, I'll just call it as your lucky charm) I guess there's an instances that you win, and you were looking at what might makes you win, and you've noticed that you were sitting on your favorite something & etc. And maybe you think that it was the responsible of your good fortune. Likewise, when you lose, you look for something on what may have caused your misfortune. And that is when you're not sitting in your favorite red, eating macaroons & etc. Whenever you lose and you don't have your lucky charm beside you, you may develop a feeling that you're unlucky if you don't have your lucky charm. And that's what happened to you.

Anyway, I don't really care if you believe in superstitions. Each of us has our own way or strategy to win at gambling.

Do not mix superstition when you are gambling.
It tends to cloud your judgement just as a drug or drinking while betting would do.
And most of the time it leads you to lose instead of win.
So putting this into the formula of your determination to win at what you are playing will more than likely lead to to lose in the end.

1. I choose the number of parking slot that I will park. Usually it should have my favorite number 111,777 etc.
2. I don't want to wait for someone if he or she is going to go with in the casino.

i use to have known a man whos really a devotee of some patrons because of he passion in gambling,he always kneel and swiping towels to the saints.but until now after more decades still no improvement.hes life is still the same since then.thats why i dont really believe in superstition to gamble.

We are now in modern age, and I think believing in superstitions won't be enough to win in gambling. I'd rather trust someone who gossips about someone who will win than to follow a superstition.

If you believe in it, sooner or later you will apply that too in real life and anything that you do. Just like those who believe that they should not take a bath during Tuesday and Friday( I don't know what's the logic behind that tho ).

Like for example Im wearing a green shirt and I won 5 btc the next day you wear it again green and win 6 btc, any instance like this? The gambling superstitions that i used is that i used to wear the same shirt that i am wearing when i mostly won in gambling and i always sit on the same table that i mostly win too. Gambling superstitions are not really that important those are just the things that you do for you to have a luck to win.

Oh yeah, I do believe in superstition if I'm going to gamble. And what I do is before I gamble, I do often check the newspapers about horoscope. If my zodiac sign says that I'm very lucky for this day then I will going to be confident and will gamble all day long and if they it says that I'm not lucky or don't go outside, then I won't.

I dont know if there is even any good in superstition. There are those who heed superstitions but they dont win either, there are those who are not even expecting to win and they do. I really dont understand what is with gambling. When i was playing for how many times as was very expenctant and hopeful of winning, i didnt  win even once, there are those who have tried only once and they even hit the jackpot .

This is the universal truth that what you believe, the same happens with you. Winning or losing doesn’t depend upon what color you are wearing or what type of clothes you are wearing. It totally depends upon how much you are involved in the game. We can call that a connection, if we have so much connection in the game we have a chance to win in a particular session, I also notice that as a gambler, when I feel bored and I loss my hope of winning, I also end up losing and it seems I am very unlucky when I don't think positive, sometimes even though we do not see the outcome in advance but being interested in the game could help improve our chance of winning.

Every bet is unpredictable we have always no assurance
if it is going to win or lose because ever since we know that gambling has only two phases and that is between by winning and losing. Even superstitious belief is not even a guarantee of winning its just a guide to give a courage of betting more.

Nothing well replace the fact that its a game of chances, so luck is the best thing that we need in order to win, any rituals or any beliefs won't
change the fact that gambling is a high risk activity which only luck can give us a good earnings. without luck  we will not gain anything even
we believe that we already have our lucky charm.
