Initially agreed on PayPal amount of $10 and contact the user via Skype.
Skype ID: gregregervq

Then he said his paypal is on hold and if I can pay him through g2a.com
Once I did, He stopped responding as soon as he got the payment. I have skype chat for proof if needed.

Let me know if theres anything you can help me with. Thanks

Please use "Scam report format" - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0

Also, provide as much proof as possible in the main post itself.

For exemple you should add the PM he sent you through the forum, a screenshot of the skype conversation, the confirmation of payment you did if you have one.
