I think this first time when we see official news stating this clear about beta net release. It will be great to see this happening in June when many project have big plans with their projects.

There are rumors going around that Tezos betanet launch will be on June 6th. Anyone knows anything about it?

Probably not true otherwise the team would've announced it. Good things takes time. If there is something that can compete with bitcoin and Ethereum, this is it.

It did turn out to be true. However 6th of June still not confirmed and binance listing confirmation would be nice.

Huobi is taking advantage of the situation. People who missed to be part of the crowdsale will surely try to get their hands before the launch. Will there be a dump or pump when launched and will IOU investors be in profit?

Not Huobi but Hitbtc 
I think we'll see Tezos in top 10 in short period of time, then top 5. So I think current IOU price is not high IMO.

Fortunately I found all necessary infos but maybe more out of luck. I don't remember if I knew how important email-address and password are to access the funds. I've read on reddit that there are many who will probably have no access to their funds because they've made a mistake with the password - lost it. The only way to have a chance in such a case seems to be brute-force.

Some blame it totally to the Investors, pointing on the big red warnings on the crowdfunding-site. But those warnings were not there in the first ICO-site-version but added later. I know that for sure because I still have the first version that I used on an offline computer.

I think unfortunately many people won't be able to access their funds. I was thinking that we just needed key, not email or password.

I wouldn't assume that. Because it is so limited market. And thousands of investors have been waiting for the launch almost a year. During that time market prices went up and also expectations. I'm not sure if the investors will be willing to sell around $5.

$5 would push the total value to: 763,306,929 TZY * $5 = $3.8 bn

Thing is: If the launch should go smooth and Tezos being listed on good exchanges while the overall market situation should not be too bad or even bullish, that may be possible or even find a higher price - considered that EOS for example is traded at a marketcap of about $10 bn.

But... I personally have zero clue what to expect from this project tbh.

3.8 is huge valuation. But expectations are bigger than that. And when people look at some other projects' valuations like EOS', it is normal.
Already there are projects they said they'd use Tezos, as thinking that $50 million allocation it is won't be surprising to see many projects will use Tezos.
And the baking another advantage when we think many investors following masternode investments.
