What happened:
1xBit closed my account without a reason on Jan, 21th. No legitimation. No explanation. No information. Got no answers on my requests. No e-mails. No help. I have 4.3 BTC on my account.

(Chat) Support can not help me, they're just advising me to forward my issue to the "Security department". I sent several e-mails to security@1x-bit.com and security-en@1xbet.com but have not received an answer until today. They are completely ignoring me.

I sent a few "test/decoy" e-mails from an other e-mail account to security@1x-bit.com and security-en@1xbet.com just to check out if they really process incoming e-mails one by one because that's what the chat operators told me. The result was I received an answer from both of these addresses shortly afterwards.

I described this case already in the 1xBit.com thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1656107.msg17621858#msg17621858
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1656107.msg17640447#msg17640447
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1656107.msg17646380#msg17646380

I also made an official complaint at SBR (sportsbookreview.com)

/ Edit 1: I didn't take the bonus. I do never take a bonus at any sportsbook. At 1xbit I cancelled it right after the registration and it was successfully removed from my account.
Edit 2: I did not use a VPN/VPS/Proxy or something else to hide my IP at any time. I always used my own real IP from Deutsche Telekom.

Today I confronted 1xBit with this scam accusation via e-mail and PM:

Have you ever thought you have a backdoor on your PC ? They are popular with altcoins these days and can hit unsuspecting users, it happened to me with various exchange accounts of mine at the time, I was being remote admin'd by a backdoor trojan that wasn't in a scan (They are getting sneakier) so I wouldn't rule that out.

Sorry, I don't understand what you are trying to tell me. What has a backdoor to do with unreplied e-mails? My 1xbit account was active for 4 weeks. In that time I was losing more bets than I was winning. On January 21 I won 3 BTC with one live soccer match what meant a total account balance of +2.6 BTC and by pure chance the log-in was disabled just one hour after that. Since then I get no answers on my e-mail requests. The user 1xbit.com is online in this forum but doesn't reply to PM's of mine or other users' accusations.

So I don't really get your point.

I mean you were live hacked by shit you downloaded and were cleaned out and the account closed, under the circumstances it is easy to point fingers with suspicions and coincidences, shit if you were live hacking someone and they deposited a large sum of BTC wouldn't you pounce...

I still don't understand what you are talking about. Maybe it is because I'm not a native English speaker, so I have to excuse for that.

The theory that I have been hacked is so weird that I ask myself if you try to throw some smoke grenades to distract attention from the hard facts.

Given that you are part of 1xbit's signature campaign doesn't even strengthen your credibility.

Look up backdoor trojan, remote admin virus, ratloader, coinstealer, they are all remote control viruses that control your computer while you use it, everything you see, do and type is available to them.

If you downloaded any new coins wallets they are probably the culprits as many have been infected in the past few months !

Smoke grenades my ass seems like you know how to speak English considering your Arguments.....

if it's about being hacked then support and security team should have explained it, Also OP account seems to have the same balance -well, until the account was closed-

it's up to 1xbit.com team to explain, regardless of the reason, I think they should've already presented their case - regardless of it being bonus abuse, abnormal ip activity, abuse of games vulnerability etc etc... -- Not making any argument is very bad for the public image IMO.

Good that you mention that because I have forgotten to mention it by myself in the opening post:

- bonus abuse: I didn't take the bonus. I do never take a bonus at any sportsbook. At 1xbit I cancelled it right after the registration and it was successfully removed from my account.

I think Mr.Belligerent is replying which is not relevant to the topic of the OP , OP is telling about the account getting suspended after he won 3 btc bet on sports and what you are telling about hacking virus stealing account details.

First understand for what reason OP has opened this thread, OP is telling of 1xbit suspended his account without giving any reason after he won 3 btc bet, His accusation is that even after giving all details , and sending PM they are not replying him.

This whole thing in this forum with people using signature campaigns is disgusting.
Basically people get paid to spam nonsense.

Say something dumb, then answer 4 times in an attempt to explain it...

So exactly how long has it been since you've messaged them? You messaged them right away on 'January 21st'? Are you 100% certain that they have not given you any answers? If this is the case, then it might be time for me to leave a negative rating to them.

Of course I am sure. I only got answers from the Support but not from Security. Support is not able to do anything in this case and Security is ignoring me since Jan 22 whilst they're answering my decoy e-mails.

So feel free to rate them. I appreciate any support in this case.

Could you please post answers to the decoy mails? I will also ping more DT members to check this out.

They asked me for my account number (stupid answer btw as I told them that I'm not a customer yet).

I am not at my desktop PC right now so I can not provide you with a screenshot. I will make an upload later.

That will do. I have contacted another DT member to review this case. I think this is ripe for a negative rating, but please be patient for a while longer. Hopefully this will be resolved.

Thanks.

It is all newbie accounts making all the scam accusations. Where did they all come from? It is possible that this came from only one group of people who do nothing but to discredit a service here in the forum.

Actually not worth to respond to it but as this accusations against newbies in the 1xbit.com thread came up again and again I would like to let you know that I'm a well-established member at wettforum.info, the biggest German-speaking betting forum in the web, since 2011. My alias is "Lonnie Earl". I edited the signature to prove that it's me:

https://i.imgur.com/x3XqcPZ.png

https://www.wettforum.info/forum/bookie-section/buchmachertests/4587167-1xbit-feedback-thread/page5#post4606583

I never got a ban or any other kind of a penalty there. You can ask Flo, the founder and chief admin, if you want to: https://www.wettforum.info/member/3-flo

The reason why I registered at bitcointalk was that a wettforum member advised us to stick to BCT if we have problems with 1xbit: https://www.wettforum.info/forum/bookie-section/buchmachertests/4587167-1xbit-feedback-thread/page3#post4588733

I never had been in touch with the whole Bitcoin issue before betting. I only bought my first Bitcoins to get ready for betting at 1xbit and other Bitcoin bookies. So this is my first experience with Bitcoin. I got those problems with 1xbit and therefore I registered at BCT.

That's all. No troll. No campaign. No conspiracy.

Just visited the chat to see if there is some new development in that case. Here is the chat history: https://i.imgur.com/6SLSiJb.png

So I sent an e-mail to support. Here is what they answered: https://i.imgur.com/41xGzoO.png

It reminds me a bit of "The Twelve Tasks Of Asterix" where Asterix & Obelix have to get the Permit A38: https://youtu.be/GI5kwSap9Ug?t=1m59s
