Same here, I have 600 friends and a very active facebook account, I liked the official facebook TaaS page but I got rejected saying account not active..

If I'll not be able to see the shares and Posts of an account , I'll put that on inactive list. there could be two reasons.
1: the account is really not active.
2: the account is private and posts are not visible to public.

so if your account is active than your account must be a private account. set your account as public and you'll be accepted.
