I don't think the website is actually being maintained anymore. It's been like it for awhile.

Thanks for the heads up, this should be fixed!

Great news! Thanks.

Ordered SC2:HoTS yesterday morning. 36 hours later and still no code, and no responses from support to my two emails. Will update if they come through.

Disappointing, but in retrospect I should have at least done minimal research before ordering (like checking this forum thread).

Edit: Sunday afternoon they finally came through

It's been over 24hrs since I bought mists of panderia - world of warcraft.  No response to emails, nothing.  I wish at least they would give you some kind of confirmation or let you look up your purchase to see the status.  I just feel like I'm flapping in the breeze here...

Maybe try contacting them again. This looked like a good website but seems to be having a lot of trouble lately.

I am thinking of competing with this guy... or taking over his existing customer base by fixing problems he is having...
Can you guys elaborate on where his flaws are with the site and process? What do you like or dislike?

I've been with Steam since BETA in 2004 (when cs 1.3 went to 1.4 and steam was a MUST HAVE...)

I would like to bring in more opportunities other than bitcoin transactions- litecoin, primecoin, etc.

In addition, I would need to code/develop a system for it- and make sure profit margins are going to work.

What is the benefit of you paying in BTC with STEAMBITS.com vs buying them DIRECTLY from steam???  As customers, you should know the answer

First, don't hijack his thread.

Second, everything is perfect in his site, except that he abandoned it, that is the reason he send the offers so late.

The benefit? Buying with BTC ofc, and you can take some advantage on the price if you lost a sale on the desired game.

I've sent three emails (just sent another) and still nothing.  I'm really bummed because I wanted to see this work.
Hopefully, people will read this thread before going to the site.....

I'm going to wait until tonight and then I'll just count my losses and buy the game with fiat (sigh)

Did you not just read the recent posts?!

I didn't read this thread before I made two purchases from this site and now I've become concerned. Purchased Saints Row IV and Minecraft so I'm hoping they come through...

I checked on the Blockchain and the funds for both of my purchases and what I'm guessing are other recent users purchases have been moved around a couple times, ended up at this wallet so far: https://blockchain.info/address/18WrPcHaWCn3RwmGPfJKqxsM3egzC95tGs

What's the deal? I made these purchases as last I checked months ago this site was legit.. Anyways, hoping to get what I paid for.

Just thought I'd follow up with everyone.  6 emails and nothing.  I've bought the game via another route and asked for a refund....nothing.  I've given up on thinking I'll get my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I have contacted the owner numerous times. But, have never got a reply. It seems he has quit on this business without supplying it's customers with their games. It's extremely sad as this had a lot of traffic and attention early on and could of been quite profitable.

That's very sad to hear. Hopefully, the owner will come back and get this resolved. (highly unlikely but we can wish can't we?)
I've contacted the support email about a week ago and haven't had a reply yet. No one seems to know what's going on.

The owner hasn't responded in more than three weeks; there's no way he could have lost his internet connection for such a long time...
I'm afraid this is indeed yet another scam.

Hey all,

This is the email I sent to anyone who had an order outstanding before the weekend:

Hi,

Due to things out of my control I have had a massive delay in fulfilling orders /
answering emails.

I am sending this email to anyone who currently has an outstanding order.

If you would like a refund, please reply with a bitcoin address.

If you still want your game I can do that too.

I know that the timing is completely unacceptable.

Thanks,

Ryan

If you didn't get this email or are still having problems with an order please PM / email me and I will get you a refund or your game.

- Ryan
