He should really do something about the delay. Either put a message on the site that says it can take longer than 24 hours or start doing some work.

Bought Black Ops 2 two days ago and haven't gotten a single reply to email or any sort of response.

Wanted the game to have something to do this weekend but with this speed I've given up on that.

Hoping to at least get the game soon and not get scammed.

I don't think he's a scammer, it's not the first time this happens and till now he sent every game. Just a case of really bad customer service, eventually we will get our order or a refund.

I'm waiting 12 days now, so I can't really recommend it though.

I don't think it's a scam (yet), this entire thread has people complaining about long delivery time, but i haven't seen a single post from anyone who didn't get there game at all.
Just think they suck at support, but not a scam.

On a side note, the site seemed to stopped working (it seems to be caused by the USD -> BTC price not loading).

It was exactly 24 hours ago, I haven't received the steam code yet...
It seems it still takes days, you really should update the website to match your current processing time.
I'll post here when I'll get the code, so people know how much time it takes these days.

I think he is if he states on the site that delivery on 24hours and it's not even close, it should be updated according to the workload Imho, you are buying the service of getting your game in 24hours or so, not freaking 13days or so for you, and still waiting for my order.
