I will pay only after confirmation of the money reaching my account.

Well, Why can't you directly tranfer the amount from Paytm to your account. I think it is a very easy task for someone who uses Internet on regular basis . Do you have any specific reason for that???

Well, then i think you are either doing this to increase your reputation or you are afraid of paying 1% fee to the Paytm.
Solution to save 1% fee from Paytm is to do the Transaction in the morning @ 6 AM or so.

Well , I just checked my Paytm wallet at 5 pm - 6 march i did not saw any fees or tranx charges to send paytm money into bank
Even checked my merchant account in paytm

Why not you send paytm money into your own bank I think Paytm limit issue or Hacked paytm wallet

I can do this but my terms you will pay escrow fees + you will pay me 1% extra in paytm
IF you agree I will take all 4000 rs From paytm From you and will send you Bank , Imps or Upi

Strange that OP doesn't want to send funds directly from Paytm to his bank, as there is no charge for this by paytm and this is the easiest way to transfer money.

P.S. There may be chance that Paytm was collected by some unusual activities that's why OP doesn't want to disclose his bank account details with Paytm, if that is the case then recipient might be in problem later. Just caution from my side, No personal offense.

Anyways, I will send you the money in paytm. You will deduct your fees and send me an  IMPS amount.
This fees will include the commission you want + escrow fees. Please find an escrow to deal with so we can proceed. And send me a quote or the amount you will be sending me over here or on my inbox.
